Llamé a esta oficina porque recibí una derivación del dentista de mi hijo para que le hicieran una endodoncia de emergencia. Upon explaining to the nurse that my son had epilepsy and was on the spectrum, she comes back to the line to tell me the doctor won’t treat my son because he won’t stay still during x-rays. I informed her that that was not a true statement because my son just had x-ray done and her office was discriminating against children with special needs. Empecé a ir con el Dr. Emanuel cuando estaba cerca de mi casa/trabajo en Silver Lake, por Vermont. I am horrible at being consistent with the dentist because I have had bad experiences (ie, sore jaw for a month after, lots of pain during services, etc.) I had not gone to the dentist in so long before I decided to come here. (God knows I needed it) Therefore, I needed a lot of work done and came across Dr Emanuel by chance!... I have never been so comfortable and without pain during a dentist visit. The staff is great and I actually no longer hate going to the dentist! (Whaaaaat???) Although I still need to be better about it. When the office moved, I tried the dentist that took the location over.... ughhh. Back to the bad experiences... So, I happily drive to Van Nuys to continue seeing him. My Insurance said they have to take my insurance so while they take my kind of Insurance they raise my price and added teeth I never even needed to get done. I bet you if you go here and go for a second opinion they will add the second office tell you way less problems you have then this DR EMMANUEL Scam. Never will I come even close to this place to be defrauded by and they just took my xray and charged my insurance company and had the nerve to charge me out of pocket for my visit. Its a lesson learned and make sure you do read this negative reviews its for a reason they are on here. No vayas. Si estás pagando, te van a estafar. Te dirán un precio y al final pagarás tres veces más. Al final no me gustó su trabajo, así que ten cuidado o no vayas. If you are paying they will rip you off. They will tell you one price and you will end up paying 3 times more. At the end I did not like their job so be aware or just dont go. They will give you cheap price on the phone but they are all lies and their job is not worth the money.
