I've been a patient at Dr Ruby's office for many many years. Dr Ruby has been great! Loved his hygienist Nancy too! Dr Ruby, Nancy & all other staff always friendly. I'm having to switch to someone else due to insurance but didn't want to leave without letting everyone know how great they are!!

Dr. Ruby is the best dentist we have ever had, we would never change He and his staff are amazingly wonderful. They treat us like family! We’ve had an emergency he’s even met us on a Saturday. I can’t imagine anybody saying anything negative about them and he’s certainly not all about money. He’s about service and caring for his patience

Have used his services a few years ago and got a bridge installed and two crowns. Recently had more work done he has done very good work for me and made going to the dentist pain free and relaxed while with you. Highly recommend and know he will do his best to give you info and best care he can.

I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I had a tooth extracted 5 weeks ago, during the procedure, the tooth was broken and pieces of the tooth were left in my jaw. I came back to have the left over pieces removed, one piece was removed poorly but there was no thorough inspection to ensure all pieces were removed. Since the second office visit, I've felt extreme pain in my jaw radiating to my ear and down my neck because of the pieces that were missed during the first and second procedure. I have called the office and emergency number multiple times and left messages. No one has returned my calls. I'm extremely unhappy with the way this office has handled this issue and will be searching for a new doctor if the issue is not resolved appropriately.

I've been going to Dr. Ruby for years. Him and his staff are always well organized and respectful. Between him and the hygienist, Sonja, they treat me like part of the family. Shout out to Kathy, too. They are all great! He even let me shadow him when I thought about going to dental school!

I have been using Dr Ruby for 15 years. Needed to get worked in quick for broken tooth they got me in right away. Dr Ruby is amazing and he has an excellent staff. They treat you like family!

Britt Ruby is a very good dentist. He's pleasant along with his staff. Last visit was for a cracked tooth so he decided on a solution and executed it very well as I was in little discomfort occasionally. He certainly earns five stars from me!
