By far the best and most reasonable dentist I've ever been to. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is the best and Dr Peace really does have the best approach to his patients. No BS, he does what is called for to get you back in shape without gouging his patients for unnecessary procedures. Thank you so much because I was loosing hope for my situation. Thank you Dr Peace. I can smile again without being self conscious about my smile.

What a wonderful place,They took care of me & made me feel like they knew me for a lifetime. Excellent and very professional and the dentist he was awesome. Explained everything to me made me feel very good about being there.

Dr. Peace messed up my tooth last year doing a crown. Drilled too close to the nerve, put the crown on wrong giving me a horrific infection that nearly cost me the tooth and possibly other teeth and maybe still other serious medical issues. I have had to go to a different dentist to get things fixed! Nothing promised yet other than it is now costing me a small fortune to try and get the massive infection in check before it becomes worse, loss of work, possible loss of teeth and reconstruction of teeth possibly. Going to take at least a month to see if infection will go away with powerful antibiotics and if tooth calms down enough after excessive root canal and clean out of internal infection will be worthy to rebuild onto. Just one tooth is now costing me over $4,000. And that’s not even an implant. I still may not be able to keep the tooth and it’s going to cost me thousands more if it is salvageable. Do not go to this dentist office!!!

I called this dentist this morning trying to make an appointment because I was suffering from severe tooth pain from a back tooth that needed to be pulled. They told us to come in as soon as possible and they would see what they could do. We got there and were helped almost immediately. They are all so friendly and kind it really helps when you are not feeling good. The doctor was so sweet he makes you feel like you're going to see your grandpa and he pulled my tooth and had us on our way in no time at all. Everyone in my family highly recommends this dentist for any issues you are having.

Had a wisdom tooth go bad on me. Called and scheduled an appointment to have it pulled within an 1 1/2 hours from the time I called i was seen. Staff were extremely professional and had me in and out of the office in no time. The whole experience was easy breezy! Dr Kasem was the best!!

Recently i had an awful experience getting my teeth clean by this establishment, there I ask One of the BACKWOOD dental assistant to help me accommodate my extreme anxiety and discomfort while at the dentist. Not only did she ignore my verbal request but also did nothing while I showed again extreme distress, I mean I was In full tears and taking her hands off my mouth. The doctor wasn’t the best either he came in a looked at my teeth and offer no explanation of what was wrong neither the assistant. And finally all the dental assistant like to sit at the front desk and gossip loudly about clients and how they can’t afford services there while disclosing personal information and having clients in the waiting area(HIPAA violation) plane and simple don’t waste your money and time here. I will Never come back.

Dwayne Peace is a stand up guy and will always be honest with you. He always looks out for the patient will try simple remedies before going to major procedures! Best dentist in Tyler!
