The staff is amazing. The office is clean and cute and so much fun! Everyone is super nice and informative. My very talkative 10 year old was met with an answer to every question he had. I am so grateful for Boozer Dental. Thank you all so much. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

Very rude they clearly have no common courtesy for people when it’s needed. Couldn’t take being told something but so quick to complain about it. You don’t have a degree and job in this field to lack manners. Didn’t even bother to set an appointment just left. I sure did give them attitude I don’t care. They lack manners and will watch you struggle and smirk.

We have been bringing our children here for years now. My kids have a vitamin deficiency that directly effects their teeth. He was knowledgeable about it and has provided excellent and compassionate care for them. We love all the dentists and staff here.

Doctors were very rude and making faces at my kids who were scared of being at the dentist for the first time

Started with Dr Boozer when he first started in Tyler with my children, still seeing him with my grandchildren. He is very good with the kids. He also has a day he sees only special needs patients. My youngest son is special needs, he started seeing Dr Boozer when he was 3 yrs and is still his patient at 27. I recommend Dr Boozer to anyone with needs a dentist for their child. His staff is always friendly and great with the kids.

My daughter went in to get seen about tooth pain. the front desk was very nice. My child started screaming because she was getting a tooth extracted even though they numbed it and the doctor was very rude and the assistant telling her to stop screaming and being rude to a 5 year old child. Don’t think I will take my child back here again.

My kids have used this place for years. Apparently there is an age limit I was unaware of. My oldest son that is 19 now went here also. For several years since the pandemic we haven't been able to afford any dental care. Now that we can, I called to make an appointment and they don't have us in their cpu anymore and the receptionist was incredibly rude , shutting me down real quick when I tried to make my 12, and 14 year old a appt. I would encourage others to shop around. Apparently they have too many patients already and they don't value their past patients
