I went to Glisten Dental for a cleaning & exam, & they provided the best dental care I've ever received! I have a fear of going to the dentist, b/c I had a childhood dentist that always gave me too much laughing gas causing me to get sick every time. The dental hygenist was very gentle when she cleaned my teeth & made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr Hammond was personable, knowledgeable, & thorough. The office was clean, & I was seen at my appt time. I have another appt scheduled with them.

Dr. Hammond and her team are so awesome. I don't have enough words to say it! I came in for a dental emergency and they managed to fit me in quickly and when it turned out that I would need pretty extensive dental work, they were serious about my high dental anxiety and I was able to have the procedure done while sedated. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the techs in the back, to Dr. Hammond herself are just wonderful and awesome and really put me at ease and truly helped me. Would give 10 stars if possible!

First time patient here at glisten dental and I had the best experience ever. The staff and dentist was very nice and very helpful. I got everything explained very easily for me to understand. I also had a very fast and great cleaning done I wish I remembered the name of the girl who did it but she was very thorough and also explained everything she was doing I would recommend this dentist office for every one to go to i am going to keep going back myself for all my dental needs. I got all the care I needed for my teeth to be in the best shape they can be and had everything done they said need to be done and explained why it needs to be done again this dental office is going above and beyond in there care for you and your family. I absolutely love the office and staff! Ciara, Jamie and Dr. Hammond are so sweet and patient, I’ve had horrible experiences with previous dental offices. After sharing my experiences with them and they never fail to disappoint they treat me as if I’m a first time patient every visit and I absolutely adore that. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and they let me take as many breaks as possible during my appointment and even provided me with snacks to eat. If you’re looking for a good dental office please give them a call!

I hadn't been at Glisten since Dec. 2023, so today's visit, I was considered a new patient. I'd received a promotional flyer in the mail, so I called and made an appt. Graciously, Sue worked around my schedule to get me in b4 the offer expired (03/31/25). Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to reschedule my appt. for the next day (today, 03/25). And just like my 1st visit, all of the staff members I interacted with were all just as nice! Dr. Hammond was friendly, professional, and thorough. Both Ciara (Hygienist) & Riley (Assistant) were as well. Though I had some out-of-pocket expenses that Sue informed me of in advance (due to not currently having dental insurance), my costs were discounted. And this courtesy was greatly appreciated! If you're looking for a new dentist or are curious about Glisten Dental Care of Tulsa, I can assure you... they are awesome! I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this dental office. The service was notably slow, with extended wait times, and the staff appeared disorganized and hurried throughout my visit. More concerning, procedures were performed that were not authorized by my insurance, and I was subsequently billed for these charges without any prior notification or consent.  When I sought clarification, the explanations provided were vague and lacked accountability. The responsibility was shifted entirely onto the insurance company rather than acknowledging the office’s failure to communicate or obtain approval Patients deserve transparency and the opportunity to decline services that will not be covered, yet that standard was not upheld here.  Overall, the experience left me feeling that patient care was not the priority. Instead, the focus seemed directed toward maximizing billable services.
