Acabo de salir de esta hermosa oficina después de una segunda opinión con el Dr. Southard ☺️ ¡Estoy tan feliz de haberlos encontrado! Me recibieron al instante Matthew, el asistente dental del Dr. Southard. Fue tan cálido, amable y tierno, ¡pero también me hizo reír a carcajadas! Se llevó por completo cualquier fobia dental que tenía. Preguntó varias veces si sentía dolor o si experimentaba algún dolor fuera de la oficina, ¡así que realmente les importa tu comodidad ahí! Poco después llegó el Dr. Southard y fue súper detallado con sus explicaciones, además me mostró lo que planeó para mi tratamiento. ¡Estoy emocionada por empezar y tengo total confianza en que esta oficina se encargará de mí! I was immediately welcomed by Matthew, Dr. Southard’s dental assistant. He was so warm, gentle, and kind but also had me cracking up lol he completely blew away any dental phobias I had! He asked a few times if I was in pain or experience any pain out of the office, so they genuinely care about your comfort there!!! Dr. Southard came in shortly after and was super thorough with his explanation and showed me what he mapped out for my treatment plan. I’m excited to get started and I have complete confidence in this office to take care of me! Recientemente vine aquí y debo decir que esta es, con diferencia, la mejor clínica dental a la que he ido. Mis dientes estaban en muy mal estado y necesitaba una boca nueva por completo. Durante años descuidé mis problemas bucales y solo empeoraron. Me daba vergüenza ir al dentista. Me daba mucha ansiedad. Este lugar fue tan acogedor y tan tranquilizador. Les conté sobre mi ansiedad y fueron tan comprensivos. Manejaron mis expectativas sobre el proceso que me esperaba y no me endulzaron la realidad. Me hicieron una promesa: que me encantaría mi sonrisa. Déjame decirte que en menos de 3 semanas me transformaron por completo la sonrisa. Mi sonrisa es perfecta. Son rápidos, eficientes y, lo más importante, competentes. Se la he recomendado a todo mi círculo social. Me encanta este lugar por devolverme la sonrisa. My teeth were in terrible condition and I needed a full mouth of new teeth. For years I neglected my oral issues and it only got worse. It made me not want to go to the dentist. I was embarrassed. This place was so welcoming and so assuring! I told them about my anxiety and they were so comforting! They managed my expectations about the journey it would be for me and didn’t sugarcoat the process. They made me one promise. They promised me I would love my smile. Let me tell you it took them less than 3 weeks to completely change my smile. My smile is perfect. They are fast, efficient and most importantly competent. I have recommended them to my entire social circle. I love this place for giving me my smile back. They also call you the next day after you’ve had major work done to check on you. Best dental office I’ve ever been to. They do not shame you here. If you have anxieties about going to the dentist this is the place you need to go to. And the ambience is superb!!
