From being greeted at the front desk, to the procedure itself- it was very clean and professional and above all the staff was outstanding. Aaliyah made it super easy to check in and assist with paperwork. Christy easily became my favorite nurse- she had me laughing the whole time. Made all my fears and worries vanish. It's odd to say I had a fun time at a dentist office; especially when I came in for a (usually dreadful) root canal. But I'd recommend this place a million times. This root canal procedure was easier and more enjoyable than my routine cleanings - which is crazy to admit. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on the same day that I called and they completed my first ever root canal. From the numbing process to finishing the root canal, I did not feel a single thing! Not even the numbing needles... and that is usually never the case for me at other dentists when getting any type of work done. He is truly amazing at what he does, and I wish he were a general dentist too! When discussing which teeth were problematic he was great at educating and was very helpful in deciding next steps. No pressure at all. This is my 3rd root canal with him, and I actually live over an hour away now and still choose to go back. It’s hard to find trustworthy places. I’ve used nitrous gas every time for my root canals and it’s the most relaxed I’ve ever been during dental procedures. I was in at 9:30, probably got called back at 9:45, and from consult, X-rays, to finish, I was out by 11am. Extremely fast, but good quality work.
