Dr. Edward A. Mitoma, Dr. Jessie S. Nakamura, DDS

Solo llevo unos años yendo a las doctoras Nakamura y Mitoma, pero me encanta este lugar. El personal y el ambiente son muy acogedores. Mis dos hijos pequeños (de 6 y casi 3 años) también son pacientes. El dentista puede ser un lugar muy intimidante para los niños. El personal es excelente con ellos. Les explican todo lo que van a hacer antes de hacerlo, les muestran las herramientas que van a usar antes de usarlas. Mi hija de 6 años lloraba en las citas con el dentista porque estaba nerviosa. Hoy le han rellenado dos caries con la doctora Nakamura y, sinceramente, no podría imaginarme una cita dental mejor. La consulta dental se ha convertido en una experiencia positiva para los dos niños (la mesa de Lego en la sala de espera no perjudica, claro 😆)I've only been coming to Drs Nakamura and Mitoma for a couple of years but I absolutely love it here. The staff and environment are so welcoming. My two young children (6 and almost 3) are also patients. The dentist can be a very intimidating place for kids. The staff are so great with them. They tell them everything they're doing before they do it, they show them any tools they're going to use before using them. My 6 yr old used to sob at dentist appointments because she was nervous. She just had 2 cavities filled this morning with Dr Nakamura and I honestly couldn't imagine having a dental appointment go any better. I’ve been a patient of theirs for almost 25 years!! I first came in literally clutching for my life onto the arm rests. "White knuckles" for sure. Due entirely to their gentle care, being extra sensitive to my needs, and caring, welcoming natures and talent, it wasn’t long before I no longer dreaded having an appointment. I would seriously dread even a simple cleaning. I can’t recommend them highly enough. There isn’t one negative thing that I can say. They even make their own crowns in house so it’s a one step process in one appointment!! I had my teeth cleaned a couple months ago and I have to say, it was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office! I’ve been putting off getting a cleaning because I was embarrassed of my teeth but the hygienist Debbie made me feel right at home and made it as painless as possible! I would highly recommend this office for any and all dental needs!

He tenido miedo de por vida al cuidado dental, pero por fin lo he superado gracias a un equipo dental que se preocupa por sus pacientes. ¡Ambos dentistas son increíbles y tan delicados! Siempre se comunican bien y nunca te hacen sentir apurado. El equipo de la oficina es fantástico y siempre me hacen sentir atendido cuando voy. Además, tienen 2 consultorios, así que si trabajas en Livermore también pueden atenderte allí. En este momento no iría a otro dentista, estoy más que satisfecho con la atención que ha recibido mi familia. Both Dentists are amazing and so gentle. They always communicate well and never make you feel rushed. Their team at the office is amazing and always make me feel cared for when I go in. They also have 2 offices so if you work in Livermore they can see you out there too. I would never go to another dentist at this point, I am beyond satisfied with the care our family has received. Update. I had my first cleaning at this office and again was taken back with the caring and kind nature of the whole team. Llevo mucho tiempo posponiendo ir al dentista por una fobia bastante severa, ¡como unos 4 años!! El Dr. Mitoma fue mi dentista por un corto tiempo antes de casarme, hace unos 20 años. Su manera de ser cariñoso, tranquilo y suave al lado de la silla es un **must** para todos los que sufren de ansiedad con el dentista. Las señoras que trabajan con él son todas acogedoras y amables, creando una energía muy positiva que se siente en toda la oficina. Puedo notar que todos se respetan y están felices de venir a trabajar cada día. No hay nada más reconfortante cuando estás asustado que los ojos amables de un dentista con los pies en la tierra pero seguro, junto con su equipo. Dr Mitoma was actually my dentist for a short time before I got married about 20 years ago. His caring calming and gentle chair side manner is a must for all those that suffer from dentist anxieties. . The ladies who work with him are all welcoming and friendly, creating a very strong positive energy floating throughout the office. I can tell that everyone respects each other an they are happy to come to work each day. . There is nothing more reassuring when you are scared than the kind eyes of a down to earth but confident dentist and his staff. Beyond my phobias I also experienced Dr Mitoma being honest in what needed to be done for me, straightforward in explaining the plan and all the details plus the pricing is very fair. El personal es muy amable pero durante una de mis citas el dentista resbaló y me cortó el labio inferior de forma muy grave. Ella intentó mantener la calma y poner pegamento para detener la hemorragia pero noté que algo no estaba bien. Mi labio estuvo hinchado durante un par de días. She tried to be calm and put glue to stop the bleeding but I could tell something was wrong. My lip was swollen for a couple of days.
