From the very first interaction, everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Biggest rave to Cassie... she was absolutely amazing. So patient, informative, and genuinely kind... thank you for listening to me! She made the whole process feel easy and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares!!! Lisa at the front desk was also so nice and made me feel comfortable right away, which really set the tone for such a positive experience. Dr. Gibbons has already made a great impression with his professionalism and the trust he brings. I’m actually looking forward to my first appointment in May, which says a lot!
