En otra clínica dental, me ignoraron por completo cuando dije que no tenía cita, pero quería hacer una. Aun así, esta oficina estaba limpia, tranquila, ordenada, profesional, respetuosa y empática. There was an issues with my insurance company, but the Receptionist offer for me to pay for a checkup and X-rays , so that medication could provided until I get the matter with my insurance company straight. The fee was reasonable and doable. I was so relieved because I had been in major pain for a month and this office had a quick appointment, which other dental offices were so not accommodating. I had one dental office, totally ignored me when I stated I didn’t have an appointment, but wanted to make one. It’s clear that procedures here are not done with proper care or attention, and patients end up suffering later because of it.
