Dr. O'Neal did a fantastic job on my tooth abscess surgery. He found a less painful route which I greatly appreciated! Stitch removal was also painless. The girls he has working in his office are so friendly and helpful! They made a dreaded visit turn into something positive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this office!

100% recommend. i tend to get really worked up and quite honestly cry through every dentist appointment i attend but Dr. O’Neal made me feel very safe and comfortable. it had the same comforting feeling as if i were to be hanging out with a father figured. not a single worry, knew i was safe and in good hands. He continuously checked on me throughout the procedure and made sure i wasn’t in pain. although having an appointment at his office would mean my teeth are not in great shape if i ever need to undergo a root canal in the future i will absolutely return to his office!!!

I had two different root canals done here. 3 if you count the one that had to be redone and I was charged for yet again. I ended up going to another Endodontist for the other tooth I had a root canal on with these people and had to pay yet another big bill to have it worked on. I thought at first it was as good an experience as can be expected with O’Neal Endodontics because it really was not painful but after paying this much money with poor results is very discouraging to say the least.

Open and interactive patient communication. Provided clear and concise explanations of treatment and made appropriate recommendations for future procedures to complete restoration. Handled an unexpected issue with professionalism and calming approach. No reservations about recommending Dr. O’Neal.

Everyone in the office was pleasant, but they were having system problems so checking out took to long. They did a 3D x-rays and regular x-ray but the Dr didn't notice a fracture until he started to drill and half my tooth came out. Now I have another dental expense I have to cover to remove the rest of my tooth. I don't feel I should have paid anything there, he should just take insurance payment and wrote the rest off.
