Dr. Foulkes is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so thorough, patient, and professional dentist I have met. He has great skill, a deft touch, and a caring spirit. I could not recommend him and his office more.

I have been a patient of Dr. Foulkes for over 20 years. He is the most patient, caring, and attentive dentist I have ever known. He explains everything he is going to do and what to expect afterwards. He is also gentle, and I have never had a painful experience.

The least accommodating office I've ever experienced. Had a pretty new filling (filled in Sept) fall out, they're my regular dentist and it was their dental work that fell out. They don't do any type of emergency visits. I have 2 days off next week and they won't give me an appointment for either day. I've never been late or cancelled an appointment with their office yet they refuse to fit me in. This is my 2nd attempt at getting in for this same problem. I'm worried infection will set in if I wait any longer.

This has been my Dentist office since I was a child ! I haven’t been since I Left terre haute but, I miss this place ! Dr. Foulkes is great at what he does.
