Desde marzo 2017 estoy esperando el reembolso de 1,147.00 dolares que me hicieron pagar al engañarme con mis beneficios. Esto en Coast Dental Oficina en Saint Lucie west.

Terrible el servicio de cost dental en tampa no recomendable para ninguna mamá que quiera los dientes de su hijo Bellos, desorganización, informales apoiment lejanos un desastre 🤦🏼‍♀️

He estado yendo a este dentista durante más de 8 años. El año pasado fui a mi limpieza y me cobraron 200 dólares. Desde entonces descubrí que solo estaban fuera de la red en esa visita porque ese dentista aún no estaba en el plan. Sé que se supone que debo saberlo, pero cambian de dentista tan seguido que es difícil mantenerse al tanto. Tampoco me dieron un presupuesto. Así que no recibí la factura hasta hace 3 meses. Compré los alineadores Coast Clear en la oficina del South Tampa, en Swann Avenue. Usé el primer set (24 pares de alineadores) y tuve citas mensuales en la oficina para revisar el progreso. At the end of the set, we decided that I needed a 12 pack adjustment set because a few adjustments needed to be made on both sides, the front was fine. After the 4th aligner was completed I noticed that my front teeth were crowding and starting to overlap. I then went to the office to show Dr. Lopez and she insisted that I continue using the other (8) and they would be perfect at the end. I told her before I began the 12 sets of adjustment aligners that I needed an adjustment only for the lower teeth to get them fixed, the top teeth were fine. ¡Estafa! ‼️ Fui a hacerme una limpieza dental sencilla y les dije que no necesitaba revisión, solo la limpieza, y por eso me dijeron que me eximirían de la tarifa de la revisión. Me hicieron la revisión y me mandaron a casa sin hacerme la limpieza porque casi era hora de cerrar (¿por qué me programaron si era casi la hora de cerrar? ¡Llegué a las 3:30 pm!). Así que reprogramé la limpieza, y de repente me llegó una factura que tuve que pagar por la revisión. Luego luché contra eso y me dijeron que no podían eximirla. Al final cancelé por completo la limpieza dental, y el objetivo era hacerme una limpieza que NUNCA me hicieron y encima me cobraron. Qué vergüenza… una empresa absolutamente bochornosa y deberían avergonzarse, ugh, estoy más que frustrada.Scam! ‼️ I went in to get a simple dental cleaning and told them I don’t need an exam just a cleaning and therefore they said they’d waive that exam fee, I got the exam and they sent me home without doing the cleaning because they were almost closing (why even schedule me if it’s almost closing time?? I came in at 3:30pm) so I rescheduled my cleaning, and then all of a sudden got a bill I had to pay for the exam. I then proceeded to fight it and they said they can’t waive it, I ended up completely canceling my dental cleaning and the whole point of this was to get a cleaning which I NEVER got and then got billed!!! He llamado a esta oficina 13 veces, dejé 5 mensajes con agentes pidiendo que me devuelvan la llamada y dejé 4 mensajes de voz y nunca recibí ni una sola llamada.
