The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and always helpful with scheduling and questions—they set a great tone right away. Dr. Smith is an excellent dentist: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable and confident in your care. Mariane, the hygienist, is wonderful—thorough yet gentle, with a warm, reassuring manner that makes cleanings easy and stress-free. This office truly works as a team, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Love this office and the staff and the doctor. Small town vibes - old fashioned service - high quality dental work. Been coming to Dr. Smith for 20 years and my father has been going even longer. My young children also come to this office and love it way more than the old "corporate" take a number pediatric dentist they started at. Five stars - highly recommend!

Needed an emergency filling after one fell out during dinner. They were able to see me quickly and I spent less than an hour total in the office. The front staff and technicians are polite, attentive, and made me feel welcome. Dr. Smith was very down to earth and relatable and addressed any concerns I had making the whole encounter very smooth. I've lived in Tallahassee over 30 years and this was by far the best dental experience I've had.

Fantastic dentist office ! The receptionist greeted me by name my very first time here! Super friendly but efficient and I had little to no wait time. The dental hygienist was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She never made me feel bad for the time lapse between cleanings, and answered all of my questions patiently. She wasn’t pushy on products and took her time cleaning my teeth without me feeling rushed. Dr. Smith was kind and helpful as well, really took his time to check my teeth after cleaning. He was patient and made me feel as if he was genuinely there to give advice and his professional knowledge without me feeling like just another client. This was my first visit with Dr. Paul Smith’s office but it won’t be my last ! Worth the drive from Thomasville !

Dr. Smith and his entire team are wonderful. They are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Smith takes time to answer all of your questions and presents all your options when it comes to treatment. Phyllis does a fantastic job with my bi-annual cleanings; Kimee is an excellent dental assistant; and Shenny is an insurance and appointment guru. This entire practice makes oral care as pleasant of an experience as it can be!

I've never had a good experience with dentists until I went to Dr. Paul's office. Not only is Dr. Paul SO friendly but his whole staff makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I hate dentist visits but I never dread going here. Check ups are pain free and quick. They explain exactly what's going on and do such a good job cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!
