Dr. Caryl himself was outstanding, he calmly talked me through everything he did, made me feel relaxed when I was anxious, and didn't shame me on not having been to a dentist in some time. Since the first appointment, I have had a root canal, and my temporary crown put on, the service remains impeccable. El Dr. Caryl fue genial y muy profesional. Fue excelente con mi hija, haciendo chistes y manteniéndola cómoda (era su primera visita al dentista). He was excellent with my kid, making jokes and keeping her comfortable (it was her first dentist visit.) I had tooth pulled a few years ago and Dr. Caryl did an excellent job. He is very laid back and calm, which helps when you go to the dentist. He doesn't scold for bad habits but makes suggestions. Mi familia lleva yendo a Syracuse Dental Assoc unos 8 años ya. A lo largo de los años, hemos trabajado con 4 de los dentistas y varios del personal. Todos tenemos diferentes problemas dentales d/t lesiones deportivas, empastes antiguos y simplemente por ser un poco niño con dientes torcidos. Siempre hemos sido tratados con respeto y hemos recibido una atención muy buena. El personal de facturación ha sido muy útil ya que hemos cambiado de seguros varias veces. He recomendado a varios amigos que también están contentos con su atención. Uno de nuestros amigos no tenía seguro y pudieron hacer un arreglo de pagos que le dejó muy feliz.My family has been going to Syracuse Dental Assoc for about 8 years now. Over the years, we have worked with 4 of the dentists and several of the staff. All of us have different dental issues d/t sports injuries, ancient fillings, and just being a little kid with wonky teeth. We have always been treated with respect and gotten very good care. The billing staff have been very helpful as we have changed insurances a few times. I have referred several friends who are also happy with their care.
