No había ido al dentista en **demasiado** tiempo, y estaba **extremadamente** ansiosa por ir. Mi experiencia fue mejor de lo que imaginaba. Mi higienista fue **tan** amable, paciente y cariñosa. My experience was better than imagined. My hygienist was so kind, patient, and caring. I didnt feel rushed in the slightest and everyone took the time to explain to me what was happening and why. Entré para una endodoncia y corona, usé mi seguro de trabajo. Después de unos 3 meses, la oficina dijo que debía otros 300 además de los 700 que pagué. En resumen, Cigna intentó alegar fraude y mientras esperaba que se resolviera, me estaban demandando por Heritage por no pagar. Long story short, Cigna tried to claim fraud and while I waited for that to sort out I was being served on a judgement from Heritage for not paying. Get this, after getting the claim settled ( because they did over charge) I had to pay for lawyers’ fees at $600. I advise everyone not to go here. Por lo demás, la gente era amable y la oficina estaba limpia.First time coming to this location they had a treatment plan for me but the dentist relied solely on the AI and didn’t even take a look at my teeth. My father in-law is a dentist and he noticed on the treatment plan they were double billing me for some of the treatments. I went in after 6 months for another cleaning and told them I have been running their plan through my father in-law (dentist) and they immediately changed my treatment plan (crazy how many cavities I magically lost!) the dentist still tried to upsell me on optional treatments. I am sure they are taking advantage of a lot of patients and I’m sure it happens at a lot of different practices as well. I also asked them to email the c-ray scans and they could only send me half of the scans. Wasn’t happy they couldn’t provide medical records when asked. From the moment you enter, throughout your appointment you know and feel you are in excellent hands and not just another body walking in. Dr. Clarke himself puts you at ease by speaking with you as a good friend and confidant would do. His reminiscences and jokes demonstrate his commitment to his patients. You’re able to speak freely and he quickly puts you at ease and dispels any doubts you might have had regarding your appointment and procedures that will be preformed subsequently and in the future. You feel he cares because he does, as does his staff. With more visits coming up to correct my issues I’m looking forward to returning. Actualización, 20/3/2026 Visita. Un reconocimiento a una maravillosa higienista dental, Marissa. Me ha atendido un par de veces, pero se me olvidó su nombre. La primera vez que me atendió fue después de varios años de no ir a las citas regulares. Recuerdo que me ofreció coaching, pero de una manera muy dulce. Me alegra mucho volver a sentarme en su silla. Sepan que nunca he quedado insatisfecho con la atención de ninguno de los higienistas, técnicos o dentistas de Heritage Dental Associates. El Dr. Wilding y su equipo en Heritage Dental cubren muy bien nuestras necesidades dentales. Llevamos casi 20 años yendo regularmente y no nos imaginamos yendo a otro sitio.Update, 3/20/2026 Visit. Shout out to a wonderful Dental Hygienist, Marissa. She has taken care of me a couple of times, but I forgot her name. When she first took care of me, it was after a few delinquent years of going for regular visits. I remember that she offered coaching, but very sweetly. I am so glad to land in her chair once again. Know that I have never been unsatisfied with the care from any of the hygienists, techs or dentists located at Heritage Dental Associates. Dr. Wilding and staff at Heritage dental take great care of our dental needs.
