Iba a intentar reagendar mi cita de limpieza porque estaba en China y me hice una limpieza allí. Fui honesto al respecto, pero me dijeron que necesitaban una referencia del dentista de China para saber qué me hicieron allí. Bueno, era solo una clínica dental cualquiera y no hacen "referencias". La señora por teléfono dijo: "Bueno, voy a borrarte porque no puedes ver a dos dentistas diferentes". Solo me hicieron una limpieza normal y solo quería reagendar una cita de limpieza. ¿Es esta una clínica dental noble que tiene tantas reglas que seguir y la gente tiene que suplicar para quedarse? Eso es lo que siento al leer las reseñas. Quizá como paciente no pueda ver a dos dentistas diferentes, pero sí, no me hacía sentir cómodo. Y está bien porque el dentista no hacía un gran trabajo.I was trying to reschedule my cleaning appointment because I was in China and I did a cleaning there. I was honest about this but they said they need reference from the China dentist to know what they did to me in China. Well it was just a random dental office and they don’t do "references". The lady on the phone said oh I will just go ahead and delete you because you can not see two different dentist. Well they just did a normal cleaning and I just need to reschedule a cleaning appointment. Is this a noble dental office that has so many rules to follow and people have to begging to stay in? That’s what I feel when reading the reviews. Maybe as a patient I just can not see two different dentist but yea it wasn’t making me feel comfortable. Totalmente poco profesional, hablé por teléfono con un hombre que no fue claro ni estaba seguro sobre la política del dentista con respecto al seguro. Una mujer tomó la llamada y dijo que me reportaría por quejarme de que él no fue claro. Me pidió mi ID del seguro y siguió defendiendo la integridad y el espíritu del hombre. Su actitud fue innecesaria. Además, si el hombre hubiera explicado desde el principio que la clínica no aceptaba nuevos pacientes, no habría habido necesidad de seguir hablando. Me sentí irrespetado y espero que los futuros pacientes no reciban la misma energía de esta gente.Absolutely unprofessional, I spoke with a man on the phone who wasn’t clear or sure about the dentist policy regarding insurance. A woman took over the phone call and said that she would report me for complaining about him not being clear. She asked for my insurance ID and went on to defend the man’s integrity and spirit. Her delivery was uncalled for. Furthermore, if the man had explained that the practice wasn’t accepting new patients (in the beginning of the call) then there wouldn’t have been a need for me to speak further. Pero mientras estaba allí, la señora de la recepción no paraba de entrar y interrumpir la cita para que me cobrara. Si el dentista mismo dice que no quiere cobrarme, **¿POR QUÉ INTENTARÍA USTED?** Acabo de empezar con un nuevo dentista y están encontrando muchos errores, y me dijeron que parecía que mis dientes no se hubieran limpiado en años. Quería que me gustara, pero la verdad es que no fue una buena experiencia.When I first started going here, I thought it was good - mainly the nice lady who cleaned my teeth. However, when I had to get some basic fillings -- they were done so poorly by the dentist that I had to go back mutilple times to get them fixed. And it was like pulling teeth to get more than a couple words from the dentist. Patients need explanations! One time I went back to get a filling fixed and the doctor said I wouldn't be charged (multiple times). But while I was there the lady at the front desk kept coming in and interrupting the appointment and trying to make him charge me. If the dentist himself says he doesn't want to charge me, WHY WOULD YOU TRY TO? Just started going to a new dentist and they are finding a lot of mistakes and told me it looked like my teeth hadn't been cleaned in years.
