La segunda vez que vengo a este dentista, nunca imaginé que miraría con ganas ir al dentista. El personal aquí no te trata tanto como a un paciente sino más bien como a un amigo. Realmente se preocupan por tus mejores intereses y hacen un trabajo increíble al aliviar tu ansiedad y explicarte todo. No tengo nada negativo que decir, desde los colores vibrantes de la oficina hasta el personal y especialmente el Dr. Harris, y confiaría plenamente en su criterio en cualquier problema futuro. Todo es de 5 estrellas. Espero que esto sea una relación a largo plazo y si alguien busca un dentista, su búsqueda termina aquí.Second time at this dentist, I never imagined I would look forward to going to the dentist. The staff here treats you not so much as a patient but rather a friend. They truly care about your best interests and do an amazing job easing your anxiety and explaining everything. There is nothing negative I can say, from the vibrant colors of the office right to the staff and especially Dr. Harris and I would fully trust his judgement in any future issues. I hadn’t been to the dentist since before COVID so my teeth had some issues. I was shown what the issues were using pictures of my teeth and told how the issues could be addressed. I was able to schedule a set of appointments to address my issues prior to leaving. ¡Qué gran experiencia! Tengo la boca muy sensible y me da pánico ir al dentista, pero todo fue perfecto de principio a fin. El personal fue acogedor, atento y delicado. The dentist that came in to consult was very honest and forthright explaining everything in layman's terms so I could understand it all, and I left with a game plan and an estimate of costs for my procedures broken down by self-pay and ins. El cuidado es saber que estas personas de Berry Good Dental me llevan solo 6 meses y limpiarán mis dientes a mano cuando el zumbido y el agua fría tocan los nervios, noten cuando aprieto la pelota demasiado fuerte y se comuniquen y me animen mientras estoy en la silla, así que ¿cómo no beneficiarme de las vibras positivas? ✨️ Es emotivo que un buen cuidado se sienta como un regalo cuando debería ser lo normal. Pero aquí me siento tan segura. He tenido dentistas que se rindieron porque mis dientes son tan sensibles. Este equipo cuida tanto que me hace querer cuidar también. Care is saving me my favorite stress ball because I'm an adult and needles hurt. Care is going back and forth with my insurance provider because I'm overwhelmed and Dr. Harris said those three words every woman longs to hear: I got you 🥹 Care is TK giving me pillows and understanding my heart emojis with my hands when my mouth is filled with Lord knows what. Care is asking me what Playlist will make me comfortable or talking me through teeth shades with so much compassion it feels like I'm at the beauty counter and not a dentist's office. Care is knowing that these people at Berry Good Dental have only had me 6 months and will hand-clean my teeth when the whizzing and cold water touches nerves, notice when I'm squeezing the ball too tight and check-in and encourage each other while I'm in the chair so how can I not benefit from the positive vibes ✨️ It's emotional that good care feels like a gift when it should be the standard. But I feel so safe here. I've had dentists give up because my teeth are so sensitive. This team cares so much they make me care. Thank you is not enough, Berry Good Dental. But it's what I have. No disfruté mi experiencia en Berry Good Dental. Me ilusioné por todas las reseñas positivas, pero mi breve tiempo en la oficina me hace pensar que quizá algunas no son reales. La técnica que me atendió no explicó por qué me estaba escaneando los dientes durante mi cita de admisión. Solo después del escaneo intentó venderme Invisalign, insultando mi sonrisa al decirme que mis dientes eran "algo salidos". Tengo retenedores fijos, así que Invisalign definitivamente no es algo que me interese, pero ni siquiera me dieron la opción de rechazar el escaneo desde el principio. Mi limpieza fue rápida y la asistente dental me dijo que necesitaba selladores en algunos dientes en menos de 3 minutos de estar en mi boca (otro dentista ha desmentido esto). Luego me pidieron que esperara 30 minutos para que me atendiera el dentista, lo que me negué. Esta clínica es un atraco y no confiaría en ellos con mi cuidado.I did not enjoy my experience at Berry Good Dental. I was excited based on all of the positive reviews, but my short time in the office makes me think that perhaps some of these are not real. The tech that worked with me did not explain why she was scanning my teeth during my intake appt. It was only after the scan that she tried to sell me on Invisalign, via insulting my smile by telling me my teeth were "buck-ish." I have built in retainers so Invisalign is definitely not something I’m interested in, but I was not given the choice to even opt out of the scan to begin with. My cleaning was quick and the dental assistant told me I needed sealants on some of my teeth within 3 minutes of being in my mouth (another dentist has disproved this). I was then asked to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to see me, which I refused. This practice is a money grab and I would not trust them with my care.Comentario traducidoVer original
