My husband is someone with anxiety when it comes to dental work but this place made his anxiety disappear. All of the staff made him feel extremely comfortable and the dentist did an excellent job letting him know what he needed done and how the process would go! I have never seen my husband walk out of a doctor/dentist that calm. I will be switching to this office for my dental work as well. I would 110% recommend this place!
I highly recommend Swansea Dental Associates. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I'm always comfortable in the office as Dr. Hay-Reed and her team provide meticulous care.

From the moment I walked into the office, Theresa greeted me and Philomena took care of me as I’m a new patient to the practice. It was a comprehensive dental exam and I look forward to my next dental cleaning and dental work.
Very kind and considerate office. Everyone was lovely, organized and helpful. Dr. Gloria Hwang-Forzano was very considerate and fully explained what I need for my dental care. Easy and painless.
This is the best dental office around. I have been to many different dentists in my years & this is by far the most professional & caring one. My first experience was with Theresa (office manager). What a face she gives to this office. She is so nice & always so pleasant. Then I met Julia (Dental Assistant). She is so good at what she does & so very nice & caring. She makes such a good team with the dentist. They are so lucky to have her. Then, there is Dr. Hay-Reed. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about what a great dentist she is. She was recommended to me by my periodontist & I thank him for this. Dr Hay-Reed just portraits professionalism, while being so very kind and compassionate.
Had a filling done today. Happy with the work done. Friendly and informative staff. I’m a new patient and have had a good experience each visit.
