Dr. Melashenko has been our family dentist since 2013. He is a true professional who goes out of his way to provide the best possible treatment and care for his patients. His entire office staff are dedicated to ensuring that our needs are taken care of, they always greet us by name and are sincerely happy at their jobs. A great work environment and it shows. My husband and I are both veterans of over 30 years of military service and we are so grateful that we are able to see such a skilled dentist thru our VA Community Care Program. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, the only semi enjoyable one ever. I HATE the dentist have a lot of anxiety when I go, I always put it off and the entire staff was nothing but welcoming and comforting the entire time. The office is clean and nice and Dr J was amazing. My treatment plan was prioritized for my budget and willingness as well as discussed throughly. Dr J was honest and kind nothing but great things to say about this place 10/10 recommend. They also have wine you can drink in the waiting room 🙌 Perfect way to calm my nerves, maybe ill make an afternoon appointment next time so I can partake 🤣

Very warm and inviting. They know you by name and yes they can see it on the appointment schedule but they also remember your family/issues enquire about them. VERY HAPPY TO BE GOING TO SURPRISE DENTAL AND DENTURE. Dr J is great and all the girls. I won’t name them in case I forget someone. But will continue to go here and recommend my family and friends.

Absolutely the best bedside manner, extremely professional and has all the newest dental technology including making crowns in-house so you don’t have to return for placement. I’ve finally stopped hopping from dentist to dentist trying to find a great one since Dr. J has all my boxes checked.

I appreciated Dr Caroll explaining to me what was happening during the procedure. Made me feel more secure by telling me you may hear a click, or vibration etc and his assistant, asking how are you doing. They did an excellent job, I was surprised when he said, we’re done. I had little bleeding, and now on my way to full recovery.

I am a very grateful patient at surprise dental Dr J is a kind,accomplished dentist. I am 80 plus years old and he keeps my teeth and gums in great shape. He and my dental assistant are pro-active in my dental care. I highly recommend them to anyone. Mary Kristensen
