Me gusta mucho el enfoque directo y compasivo del Dr. Hu. El Dr. Hu se toma su tiempo para educar realmente y asegurarse de que entiendas todos los procedimientos durante toda la visita. El personal es muy profesional, genuinamente amable y extremadamente servicial tanto por teléfono como en la oficina. El tiempo de espera es bastante rápido y, si está ocupado, ¡vale la pena la espera! Recomiendo altamente esta clínica dental.I really like the straight forward and compassionate approach Dr. Hu has. Dr. Hu, takes his time to really educate and make sure you understand all procedures throughout the entire visit. The staff is very professional, genuinely nice and extremely helpful both over the phone and in office. Timing is fairly fast and if it's busy, still worth the wait! Realmente necesito escribir una reseña sobre la primera mala visita de mis hijos con este dentista Hu. Nos trató de manera muy irrespetuosa cuando mis hijas, por simple curiosidad, jugaban con algunas cosas que tenían en los mostradores dentales (cosas de niños). Les gritó a ellas y a mí diciendo que mejor les ayudara a cepillarse los dientes y que les regañara por tocar sus cosas, especialmente porque el cable de su equipo de rayos X conectado a la laptop cuesta $4,000. Dijo que si simplemente tocaba el suelo nos echaría la culpa y tendría que pagarlo yo. Siguió hablando de manera grosera sobre todas las cosas que hacían mis niñas que no le gustaban y que las controlara porque no las disciplino. ¿Entonces quiere que les grite a todo pulmón y las golpee en un consultorio para molestarlo más? Además, después de revisar los dientes de mis hijas, dijo que no iba a hacerlo y, con excusas, mencionó que le diría a un especialista que arreglara sus 2 caries. Es obvio que no quiere atendernos por la curiosidad y el carácter hablador de mis hijas... Prefiero ir con un dentista sincero que realmente me dé su mejor atención y consejo. No lo recomiendo para nada basado en mis años de experiencia con cuidado dental.I seriously need to write a review regarding my kids first bad visit to this dentist Hu. He treated us very disrespectfully when my daughters were just curious and playing with some of their stuff on their dental counters (kid nature). He scolds at them and I saying that I’d better help them brush their teeth and to yell at them for touching his stuff and especially because his X-ray wire to the laptop costs $4,000. He said if it simply touches the ground it’ll be claimed us to be at fault and I’d have to pay for it. He went on rudely pointing all the things my girls were doing that he doesn’t like and for me to keep them on check because I’m not disciplining them. So does he want me to scream on top of my lungs and hit them in a clinical setting to disturb him more? Furthermore after seeing my daughters teeth he says he’s not going to do it and, with excuse, said he will tell a specialist to fix her 2 cavities. It’s obvious he doesn’t want to deal with us because of my kids curiousness and talkative acts... I’d rather go to a sincere dentist who really gives me his best care and advice. Los pocos turnos que he tenido aquí no he tenido que pasar todo el día, lo cual es un alivio. A veces un dentista puede tardar mucho, pero aquí los servicios son perfectos. I had a great experience got my new teeth 😅 with in a month I am so satisfied 🤣 the most important thing is I LOVE my new teeth they look and feel awesome my dentist was so understanding of my fears and did exactly what I wanted I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist To the staff sorry if I spell your names wrong evett at the front desk was so reassuring that he is a great dentist and she was also a client as well as Jenifer has a smile 😊 that matches her personality they both made me so very comfortable Just updating it has been 3 months and still loving my teeth before I found Dr. Hu it was 25 years plus that I see a dentist the fear as to Great they do not judge ☺️ this was the best decision I have made thank you to the technician that molded my teeth and to Dr hu because he does his own alterations on sight makes the process fast thank you so very much to the entire staff you guys are an awesome team 💪
