¡Me encantó mi experiencia aquí! Recientemente me hice mi primera limpieza dental aquí y fue excelente de principio a fin. Other offices always seemed pushy, difficult to get appointments with and even unapproachable. I was ready to give up until I found Low Family Dental. I’ve been coming here for regular cleanings and miscellaneous dental work for a few years now and I love it. Dr. Jen is extremely kind and always makes me feel comfortable. The Hygenist, Nicole is great as well! In addition, my husband has also started going to Low Family Dental and sees Dr.Jonathan Low, who is equally as great as his sister, Dr.Jen. Mi madre mayor se le rompieron sus parciales, las necesitaba URGENTE para el almuerzo de su grupo de damas y ¡su dentista se había jubilado! Contacté al consultorio dental del Dr. Low y la señora amable y servicial entendió y logró agendarle una cita. Fuimos a la cita y nos recibieron maravillosamente (el personal de la oficina y ambos Dr. Low), fueron tan comprensivos, amables y profesionales. Sabían lo importante que era para mi mamá sus parciales... pero no prometieron cuándo (claro, tenían que enviarse al laboratorio). ¡Para nuestra sorpresa, más tarde ese mismo día recibimos una llamada de que ya estaban listas para recoger! Le hicieron el día a mi mamá. Recomiendo mucho el consultorio dental del Dr. Low, si buscan un personal profesional, amable y al increíble Dr. Johnathan Low.My elderly mother had her partials break, needed them ASAP for her ladies group luncheon and her dentist had retired? I contacted Dr. Low family dental office and the helpful & kind lady understood and was able to schedule her with an appt. Went for appt only to be met by wonderful(Office staff & both Dr low's) they were so understanding, friendly & professional. They knew how important my wanted her partials ..but did not promise when? (of course had to be sent to labs). To our surprise we received a call later in day that they were done & ready for pickup! Made my moms day. A friend of mine recommended Low Family Dental to me and after a long time of considering it I finally took the leap and booked an appointment and I wish I would’ve done it sooner! My dental hygienist talks me through what she’s doing and she always answers any questions I have. The keep conversation and it’s nice to come back after 6 months and pick up on conversations about topics I shared with them in the past. It shows they care and respect their patients. My dental hygienist told me where my efforts weren’t the strongest and my teeth have had significant improvement since my visit!
