Primera vez en esta oficina y solo estoy tan agradecida. Necesitaba la cita más pronto para hacerme un tratamiento de conducto y Yolanda fue súper útil y rápida en ayudarme a programarlo. Angelica en la recepción fue amable y acogedora, me llevaron atrás apenas me registré. La Dra. Chang y su asistente son AMAZING! Ella fue tan dulce y me sentí tan cómoda durante el procedimiento que hasta me quedé dormida, ¡en medio de un tratamiento de conducto completo, jaja!, eso solo demuestra lo fácil que fue toda la experiencia para mí. I needed the soonest appointment to take care of a root canal and Yolanda was super helpful and prompt in assisting me with getting that scheduled. Angelica at front office was nice and welcoming, they took me back after checking in right away. Dr Chang and her assistant is AMAZING! She was so sweet and I was so comfortable during the procedure that I even caught myself snoozing off, during a whole root canal procedure lol, that just goes to show how easy the whole experience went for me. The young lady who took my X-rays and did my cleaning was patient, kind, and very gentle, explaining everything along the way — which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The dentist was knowledgeable and straightforward, and for once I didn’t feel like I was being sold procedures I didn’t need. That alone sets this place apart. At a previous dentist on Morada Ln, I overheard staff trying to sell Invisalign to a man who was clearly in his eighties — so yeah, the contrast was obvious. It's not just the work that they do, but the way that they make each person feel important, valuable, and supported. Today I had some work done that required numbing shots in multiple places. Dr. Grae was great. He made me feel comfortable and calm. I did not even feel the shots! PLUS, he's a good singer and serenades his patients as he works. Dr. Grae and Mandi made the experience fun rather than stressful. They explained every step in advance so I never sat wondering what would come next, and at the end of the procedure, they both took extra time to make sure that everything felt right. Mandi stayed behind to answer my questions and give me advice --and this is the experience I have had every single time I have been in. The front office staff remember my name at the door, I've never run into any issues with scheduling or procedures, they are able to text you if you are like me and hate phone calls, and I have so much trust in the team.
