Sterling Dental Excellence

No suelo reseñar negocios como lo hice en el pasado, pero Sterling Dental Excellence merece ser reconocida. Yo (Peter T.) no he estado personalmente en una clínica dental con este nivel de profesionalismo, genuina amabilidad y servicio como estos chicos. Quiero dar un reconocimiento especial a Renee, al Dr. (se me olvidó su nombre, perdón) lo llamaré "barba negra" porque es lo único que recuerdo, pero fue tan profesional y a la vez tan genial, jaja. Y por último pero no menos importante, la representante de citas que me atendió al día siguiente a pesar de ser mi primera visita, lo cual es increíble, ya sabes quién eres, ¡muchas gracias a todos y nos vemos en seis meses!!! I (Peter T.) have not personally been to a dentist office with this level of professionalism, genuine friendliness and service as these guys! I want to give a special shout out to Renee, Dr (forgot his name, sorry) I will call him "black beard" because that's all I remember but he was so professional and cool at the same time lol! My story is long, but in a nutshell I can tell you this. I have been going here for 15+ years. The staff is absolutely stellar! My hygienist Jackie, I cannot say enough about her! She is absolutely the best! They never judge when you have been less than attentive to your teeth, but do stress the importance of good oral hygiene. Dr. Hurst is a great dentist as well! He has done a couple of partials on me and just did porcelain crowns on my husband and they are beautiful! All I can say, is that will not be sorry choosing them for your dental care. Renee has been doing my cleanings and she’s so reliable in making sure I am comfortable and she is so easy to talk to not only about concerns regarding my dental hygiene, but just in general! Jason did my mouth guard mold and explained step by step what it would feel like and was very personable. Dr. Hurst is very relaxed yet professional and addresses any concerns I may have with his full attention. The whole place is clean and organized. It never seems chaotic and it’s obvious the staff enjoy their job. Overall, I would recommend to anyone Sterling Dental Excellence on 16 and Ryan. Llevaba más de 7 años sin ir al dentista porque me daba mucho miedo y había tenido experiencias muy malas en el pasado. Cuando al final se me partió un diente por la mitad, no tuve más remedio que ir. Mi familia va a Sterling Dental Excellence, así que pedí cita allí. When my tooth finally broke in half, I had to go. My family goes to Sterling Dental Excellence so I made an appointment there. From the moment I walked it, everyone was very friendly and understood my fear. They all did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Kacy kept me informed of everything he was doing and planned to do. I was involved in making the plan of how to treat me. He is very gentle, kind and compassionate. Since I went there on my first visit, the anxiety and fear about going has been a lot less because of how amazing they are. They go above and beyond and are very accommodating to my needs. I recommend this dentist to everyone and quite a few of them have starting going to Sterling Dental Excellence and all have had great experiences. Hice mi limpieza de 6 meses con Kate. Llevo años viniendo aquí y lo recomiendo a todos los que conozco. Tengo mucha ansiedad con mis dientes y he tenido experiencias bastante horribles en otras clínicas en el pasado. Desde que descubrí Sterling Dental, ya no me pongo ansiosa ni nerviosa. La Dra. Dawn Kacy es la MEJOR ABSOLUTA. Ha sido mi dentista durante casi 14 años y lo ha hecho todo (incluyendo Invisalign). Es amable, delicada y cercana. Recientemente, tuve un accidente el fin de semana y me rompí el diente delantero. Si te has roto el diente delantero, sabes que es bastante traumático. Ella se mostró comprensiva con mi situación y se esforzó por conseguirme una cita lo antes posible. Literalmente pasó más de 2 horas conmigo asegurándose de que mi diente quedara perfecto. Trabajó duro ajustándolo una y otra vez para que la forma, el color, el tamaño, etc., fueran justamente perfectos. Fue paciente y realmente se preocupó por que mi sonrisa quedara lo mejor posible. She's been my dentist for almost 14 years & has done it all (including Invisalign). She's kind, gentle & personable. Recently, I had an accident over the weekend & broke my front tooth. If you've broken your front tooth, you know it's pretty traumatic. She was sympathetic to my situation & went out of her way to get me in as soon as she could. She literally spent over 2 hours with me making sure my tooth was just right. She worked hard to adjust it over and over to make sure the shape, color, size, etc was just perfect. She was patient & truly cared about making sure my smile was the best it could be. I am so very thankful & appreciative of her dental care.
