My sons have 4pm appointments for their braces to get tightened. I get a phone call from the ortho office at 3:45 saying that they take their last appointment at 4pm and if they get there past 4 they are going to have to reschedule and I’m going to have to pay a $35 fee because they missed their appointment. I then call the ortho office back to let them know that my sons are stuck in traffic and would not make it until 4:03-4:04. The receptionist then goes on and on about they get there at 7am and they get off at 4. Now my son was told that they give at least a 5 minute grace period for being late which is fine. Es un lugar sin lujos comparado con otros que visitamos antes de empezar el procedimiento. El ortodoncista parece profesional y bueno. El personal es amable. Lo único muy negativo fue la primera visita, cuando nos dijeron que duraría más o menos hora y media y que podía dejar a mi hija e ir a recogerla después (ya que no permiten a los padres en la sala de tratamiento, probablemente porque es una sala grande y no hay divisiones entre las camillas de los pacientes). Pero el procedimiento duró casi el doble y me dijeron que debía quedarme, lo cual fue un problema porque no había pedido ese tiempo libre en el trabajo. Después de eso, todo ha ido bien.It's a no-frills kind of a facility compared to some others we visited before starting the procedure. The orthodontist seems professional and good. Nice staff. Most visits are very quick. With the insurance we only had to make a one time payment of $125. Not sure if that would be true with other insurances. Given the quality treatment and the cost, it's been great for us. The only major negative was the initial visit when we were told it would be around an hour and a half, and that I could drop my kid and come to pick her (as they don't allow parents in treatment room, probably because it's one big room and no partitioning between patient beds). But the procedure was about twice that long and I was told I should stay there, which was an issue since I hadn't asked that time off from work. Excelente equipo y siempre me acomodan en su agenda ocupada. Amables y muy profesionales. Hoy 12/7/2017 estaba por entrar y salir y ¡acabo de hacer mi cita el 12/6! Me mudé de otra sucursal porque vivo cerca de esta de Sterling Heights y felizmente lo hice.Great team and they always fit me into their busy schedule. Friendly and very professional. I was about it get in and out today 12/7/2017 and I just made my appointment on 12/6!
