He even followed up with a phone call afterward to ensure I was doing well. When I contacted the office with an emergency, they immediately told me to come in, which I truly appreciated. ¡Vaya, vaya! Con la ansiedad que tenía hoy conocí por primera vez al doctor Zaccariello junto a Judy y su asistente, y fue una experiencia tan maravillosa, ¡a pesar del miedo que tenía! El doctor es profesional y me hicieron 2 extracciones y ni siquiera sentí nada. ¡No puedo creer lo bien que me fue hoy!!! No sé cómo agradecerles lo suficiente. From the very first moment I called, Judy’s calming voice made me feel safe during a time when I was overwhelmed and worried - especially after so many other dentists refused to help me. I don’t have insurance, so I was terrified of the potential cost, and many offices either wouldn’t see me (for reasons unrelated to finances) or wanted to charge astronomical prices for things I might not have even needed just to walk through the door. When I arrived, I immediately felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Daniel gave me exactly the help I desperately needed, and it took only about two minutes for him to relieve the pain and stress I had been carrying for days. Not once did I feel judged - only supported. Sabrina was also incredibly kind, warm, and comforting. The rapport and compassion in this office truly blew me away. I would return a thousand times over. I wish everyone could experience the level of kindness I felt here. I’ll be recommending this office to everyone I know. Dr. Zaccariello, amable, simpático, compasivo, conocedor... Llamé un domingo por la tarde, y como era de esperar, Judy respondió y rápidamente organizó para que el doctor me atendiera.
