HealthPartners Dental Clinic St. Louis Park West End

Llevo yendo a esta clínica dental muchos años y siempre he quedado satisfecho. Hoy, de camino a mi cita (que hice hace más de seis meses), me llamaron para decir que tenían que cambiarla a *"limpieza solo"* porque no había dentista para hacerme el examen. No es gran cosa, pero uno pensaría que una clínica dental de este tamaño tendría un plan de contingencia por si un dentista no aparece o se pone enfermo. Luego, al llegar, no tenían la cita de mi esposa en su agenda (la hicieron hace seis meses, al mismo tiempo que la mía), porque la higienista cambió su día libre. La recepcionista dijo que dejaron un mensaje hace dos meses, pero no hay ninguna llamada registrada en ninguno de nuestros teléfonos cerca de la fecha que dicen que llamaron. Esto no fue la experiencia a la que estábamos acostumbrados en esta oficina.I have been going to this dental clinic for many years and have always been satisfied. Today while on my way in to the appointment I made over six months ago, I got a call saying my appointment had to be changed to a "cleaning only" because they didn’t have a dentist to do an exam. Not a big deal but you would think a dental office this large would have a contingency plan for a dentist, not showing up or calling in sick. Then when we got there, they didn’t have my wife’s appointment on their schedule, (made 6 months ago the same time as mine) because the hygienist changed her day off. The receptionist said they left a message 2 months ago, but there is no call listed on either of our phones near the time they say they called. Seems clean enough, some staff were friendlier than others;like most places. I didn't feel like my cleaning was done very thoroughly though. She also was not as gentle as some I've had in the past. The actual dentist was very nice and felt comfortable and confident that she had done a good job. This has multiple offices in the building so, again leave yourself enough time in order to park, go in, up the stairs, then back down to the end of the hall in order to get to the Dental Department. The times I was there they were on schedule and not much wait time. The front desk has been hit-and-miss as far as friendliness some have made me feel very welcome, others made me feel like I was bothering them. It's not a big office, so there's often a wait after to schedule your next appointment. There was a lot of construction going on in the parking lot right now; so there is not much to choose from especially for people that are handicapped. The closest handicap is quite a distance from the front door and I was surprised about that especially in the winter you have to walk quite a ways to get to the front door. Once inside there is an elevator if need it. Or, take the stairs if you don't want to but you have to get into the building first. Judgmental, irrespetuoso y grosero. ¡NO VAYAN AQUÍ, LOS EMPLEADOS SON LOS PEORES! Me hicieron sentir tan mal conmigo misma cada vez que entraba porque mis dientes no estaban donde ellos esperaban que deberían estar. ESTA CLÍNICA ES LA PEOR QUE HE IDO CON DIFERENCIA, deberían avergonzarse de tratar a cualquiera con esa actitud de santurrones. Asqueroso.Judgemental, disrespectful and rude. DONT GO HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST! They made me feel so bad about myself every time I went in because my teeth weren't where they expect they should be.
