Listen to the reviews, do NOT go here. First and foremost they made 3 charts under my name, kept putting notes on different charts & when they tried to compile them they deleted my first new patient x rays (conveniently nothing else was deleted) They told me I had 9 cavities ( I had ZERO pain) ..after two of the three fillings they did were not sealed correctly and had to be fixed multiple times I lost confidence in there competency. They also said one that was giving me severe pain needed a root canal and crown. I got 2 other opinions. Both new dentists said I had not ONE cavity, just mild staining, and that the filling did not need a root canal, only to be resealed because neither were sealed right. I went back to Chas as I needed the pain fixed asap, and now they said it didn’t need a root canal..just a reseal? And now it’s still causing me pain 2 months later! They should be investigating for insurance fraud and medical malpractice. They are messing with peoples bodies permanently and face no consequences. NEVER GO HERE, incompetent and rushed dentistry!

Well, after looking at the reviews I've realized I'm not the only person with problems with this place. There new slogan should be "walk in pain free, walk away hurting". It's currently 1:20am and I can't go to sleep because a tooth that never hurt before is hurting me. Why I am mad at the dentist? Well the tooth that had a filling is what is causing the pain. It's been about a week and it's got worse by the day up to this point. Go to call them and you better be ready to listen to 28 options a robot gives you just for it to not help whatsoever. The entire experience was bad for this last filling. I've never had a real "bad experience" at a dentist before but this last time was terrible. I'm going to do my best to find another dentist.

The office staff is extremely annoying and is more worried about loudly gossiping then doing any kind of work. Its crazy cause they wont direct calls to specific offices because they say the staff needs to be available to help in office patients but when youre there they are just constantly talking about anything but work. Personal lives weekends their lunch. I know more about these people than i care to know. Professionalism is non existent with this place. They will jerk you around and waste your time, over and over. My first appointment i arrived 15 minutes early only to have my appointment rescheduled on the spot for like 30 minutes later making me wait 45 only to get back there and find out they rescheduled me for an appointment slot for a single tooth exam not a full check up so I had to reschedule again. Get that appointment out of the way and schedule my cleaning, they cancel the appointment the day of wait another month for my rescheduled appointment and they canceled it the day of once again. So 3 months 2 appointments and I've managed to receive a a check up. Not even a cleaning and I have work I need done, cavities, root canals, ect. But good luck getting anything done 10s of thousands of dollars later and what seems like will be several years to actually get in to the dentist if it even happens, not sure at this point.

I had a pretty difficult tooth extraction done by Dr. Steven’s. He did absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He is excellent at communicating and helping anxiety. 10/10 recommend the office staff are always helpful and very kind. So thankful I found this place.

The Chas service coordinator is literally the worst. The lady on the phone PURPOSELY scheduled me with a provider that wasn't on my insurance. I told her I needed an emergency extraction and she was almost laughing at me. I swear to god. I went to my appointment and was turned away because they weren't on my insurance. I had no idea she did that until I went in. I will be taking legal action against Chas, as this is the second time this has happened over the course of 3 years. Absolutely ridiculous. Thank god I have a good family attorney. If you're scheduling an appointment, make sure they are FULL TRANSPARENT with you.

These guys pulled a wisdom tooth yesterday, here I am with no meds to combat the 10/10 un bearable pain. I called them to let them know something is wrong... No call back nothing. Called at 10am, currently 7:30 pm all day in agony

After the most neglect to care at the maple&garland location..Came and left in tears of pain, with absolutely no help from them...Had to go to the ER. Saw my reg clinic on dakle today and they genuinely care and helped me! Always help me and never hurt my mouth!!!🫶
