I absolutely loved this orthodontist!! Today was my first time visiting and Dr.McQueen and staff did not fail to please! The office did a great job regulating the flow of traffic and covid policies. The office was very clean and I felt more than welcomed. All staff upheld a professional and welcoming demeanor. All services were efficient, gentle, and informative. I am very confident that I will receive great services. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this orthodontist to ANYONE in the Michigan area!!

I have been going to Dr. McQueen for 4 years now and I can say I would not have preferred any other orthodontist. The staff is friendly and helpful. They truly care about making your experience pleasant. I appreciate them so much for being flexible and caring throughout this past years. 😁

Since I've been there the service has been great. The receptionist are nice and understanding. Dr. Mcqueen is always nice and has a smile on her face. The Dental assistant make you feel comfortable. These are my personal experiences that I've encountered with them since January.

Myself and my daughter received EXCELLENT care from Dr. McQueen and her staff. Dearborn and Southfield location. Their like family, your not over charged, excellent dental plan, clean and Professional! If it wasn’t for Dr. McQueen I may have lose my mandible in my face. Being a great, caring and very thorough doctor. A tumor was found in my X-ray. I can’t thank her enough. She personally called me before surgery. You don’t get a lot of doctors to do that. So if you are looking for a great Orthodontist for yourself or Children go see Dr. McQueen!!! You won’t be disappointed. #MYSECONDFAMILY

Great staff and they were always friendly. Dr. McQueen is the best, I'm in love with my new smile. I've never had a bad experience since I've been a patient and I highly recommend Dr. McQueen.

I Love the doctor and service! Lady handling financial part (such as billing Delta and myself) is extremely caring and helpful! Front desk help sucks, and they are rude as ever. If you ask a question about payments they treat you like ur nobody! As if you arent going to pay your bill! My daughters braces are paid off one year into treatment mind you; and I was talked to as if I owed thousands. Until I was helped by the financial assistant! She explained my bill very well! Wish I didn’t have to speak with the front desk help any longer!!!
