Si usted es latino ni se le ocurra pisar este lugar, el doctor no busca un traductor,apesar de que le dices que no lo entiendes el te sigue hablando y no le importa, tampoco te saluda entra como un animal sin educación.. aparte de que éste lugar es muy sucio, escaleras muy sucias, paredes y puertas asquerosas , máquinas oxidada, solo puedo decir que la secretaria que habla español fue muy amable conmigo.. pero los demás te hacen sentir que no les importa.

Dear All, Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The equipment is outdated and clearly in need of investment. Today’s visit was the final straw. I came in for a routine cleaning, only to be seated for less than two minutes while a gum specialist briefly looked at my gums and said everything was fine. For that, I was charged $53.40. This felt like a complete waste of time and money. It’s hard not to feel like this office is more focused on billing than patient care. I will not be returning and will be finding a new dentist immediately. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Grade: F — a complete failure. Regards, Gary A.

Rude and unprofessional. I was running late for what's been historically a 10 min checkup appointment. My appointment was at 3:30 with no one after me, I was due to arrive at 3:40, and the doctor was to leave at 5. Still, I was being asked to reschedule which is annoying sure, but it's not what prompted me to write this post because after all, I am to blame for being late. What is unacceptable is hearing the doctor call me an idiot in the background and the person on the phone responding "you said it not me" before turning her attention to me and saying "I'm so sorry we're gonna have to reschedule" Definitely not coming back to a place that views their patients as idiots and disrespects them as such

Horrible service and unprofessional I don’t know how this office still in service this place must be shutdown rude workers and they don’t know what they’re doing always reschedule you or doing things unprofessional , don’t waste your time cancel and find a better dental office trust me

Very unkind, professionals working here! The receptionist screwed up my daughter’s appointment visit and would not take responsibility for the error nor express or admit the mistake. Instead fumes about how the service was justified; Rude and hung up phone on me when called in to explain how they messed up her appt!! Explore other options before going to this place please; the unpleasantries are simple not worth it!!

Scheduling an appointment here is practically impossible. God forbid you don’t know your schedule 6 months ahead of time… you will wait another three months for an opening. Not to mention the ridiculous wait times on the phone. The receptionist are rude, literally mid-sentence of me telling her my name she put me on hold again. Save yourself the trouble, find another dental practice.

When I first came to this dental office in 2023, the receptionist was nice, unfortunately now there’s one rude person whenever she calls to reschedule my appointment with the hygienist twice, plus the dentist did a good job putting the crown on my bottom left tooth, however my biggest chief complaint is that I’m supposed to see the hygienist every six months but when my six month appointment comes up……I get a call to reschedule my appointment because the hygienist will be out or is coming in late. Unfortunately I’m not coming back to this practice anymore because it’s not good that there’s one dental hygienist who is lacking punctuality and they don’t even care to find a substitute hygienist. Think twice before scheduling an appointment here! Reason why it’s called Concerned Dental. PS: I also mentioned to the dentist that I need braces again because my teeth shifted, instead of him giving me recommendations, he overlooked my concerns
