Dr. Butt's Orthodontics

Me puse Invisalign aquí hace aproximadamente un año. El proceso de Invisalign fue bueno físicamente, en el sentido de que quedé satisfecho con el resultado. Sin embargo, este lugar es un desastre. El ortodoncista tiene una pésima manera de tratar a los pacientes, fue brusco y despectivo en cada cita. Fue extremadamente difícil programar citas/contactar a alguien en la oficina. La facturación siempre estaba mal y tuve que asegurarme de obtener un recibo físico para que la próxima vez que viniera y tuvieran un total incorrecto, pudiera mostrarles pruebas de en qué punto estábamos con la facturación. Para colmo, cuando me retiraron los Invisalign no eliminaron todo el residuo y tuve que ir a mi dentista para que me lo quitara después. También hubo una total falta de comunicación antes de hacer cosas como limar mis dientes, tomar radiografías, etc. Nadie comunicaba nada, y cuando lo hacían era de manera apresurada y grosera. El Dr. Butt también fue tan agresivo al revisar mis dientes, al colocar los alineadores de Invisalign y en cada interacción, y yo tengo un alto umbral de dolor y no tengo problema con recibir atención dental. Incluso su asistente se disculpó en nuestra última sesión cuando vio cómo me trataba físicamente. No volvería aquí si tuviera que repetir el proceso, Invisalign es igual en todas partes, pero los ortodoncistas son todos diferentes y el Dr. Butt no es un buen ortodoncista. ¡Mucha suerte!I got Invisalign here about a year ago. Invisalign process was good physically, as in I was satisfied with the result. However this place is a mess. The orthodontist has terrible bed side manner and was rough and dismissive in every appointment. It was extremely difficult to schedule appointments/get in contact with any one in the office. Billing was always out of whack and I had to ensure I got a physical receipt so that next time I came in and they had the wrong total I could show them proof of where we were at in billing. On top of all of that, when I got my Invisalign removed they did not remove all the residue and I had to get my dentist to remove it at a later date. There was also a complete lack of communication before doing things, such as filing my teeth, taking x-rays, etc. No one communicated anything, and when they did it was rushed and rude. Dr. Butt was also so aggressive when checking my teeth, putting on Invisalign trays, and in every interaction and I have a high pain tolerance and no issue with receiving dental care. His assistant even apologized in our last session when she saw how he physically treated me. I would not go here if I was to repeat the process again, Invisalign is the same everywhere, but orthodontists are all different and Dr. Butt is not a good orthodontist. The dental work performed here is absolutely top notch! I feel comfortable in the waiting room and office, and little to no pain during my root canals and other procedures. After trying ten or more different dental offices over the past decade, I can honestly say this is the first time I feel hopeful about the future of my teeth and oral health. My husband and our seven year old daughter now have their dental work at Somerville Dental and have nothing but good things to say about them… I HIGHLY recommend Dr. But’s Orthadontics/ Somerville Dental Center, especially for anyone who may struggle with fear or anxiety towards dental offices.
