All three staff members helped to make this such a positive experience for me. Dr. Hansen, Jesse, and Lauren helped me relax and feel so much better. They asked me who my favorite artist was and played sombr for me on the alexa. Taking time to find ways that would calm me down went such a long way for me. The aftercare of the surgery was also fantastic as they were super gentle, helping me from the room to the car. If my top two have to be taken out, I will be going back to them 1000%.
