Acabo de empezar a ir a Old Orchard Dental Group y debo decir que todos, desde la recepcionista hasta los dentistas, son muy amables y simpáticos. Me encanta que me expliquen todo por adelantado y no me gustan las sorpresas, y ellos me detallaron mi plan de tratamiento, explicaron cómo funcionaría todo y me listaron todos los costos. Me encanta esto porque así puedo presupuestar todo el tratamiento que necesitaré. Son muy buenos para agendarme de inmediato y, cuando llego, no hay absolutamente ninguna espera, ¡y eso me encanta! La oficina está muy limpia y el ambiente es cómodo, el personal es bastante joven (de edad) y me gusta eso. Respondieron cada pregunta que tuve, sin importar lo insignificante que pareciera. I love to have everything explained upfront and I do not like surprises and they outlined my treatment plan, explained how everything will work and listed all the costs. I love this because it allows me to budget for all the treatment I will need. They are very good at getting me scheduled right away and when I arrive, there is absolutely no wait and I love that! The office is really clean and the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is fairly young (in age) and I like that. They answered every question I had no matter how minuscule it seemed. I'm a big baby when it comes to needles and the dentist that handled my deep cleaning did everything to make it pain free. I'm happy I found this place as it has become my new dental home! One more plus, I like that they are paper free and do not have me filling out papers every visit. I have a different background, I had traumatic experience at the dentist as a child,so I never liked going there. I have been, and I care about my smile (for which I get many compliments), but it wasn't until I started seeing dr Au that I finally actually don't mind it at all. Dr Au is so patient, thorough, tells you every single step he is about to do, always making sure that you are comfortable and not in pain. When my son had to take care of a first cavity, I was so anxious how it'll be. Dr Au really knew how to make my son feel comfortable and pain-free. Staff is very friendly, attentive. They very were very slow and I was there for hours just for an exam and cleaning. Today I went and waited for over an hour and never saw a dentist before I walked out. No communication as to why the delay or even when I’d be seen. They did, however, hit me up with a sales pitch to purchase some kind of prepaid dental package, as soon as I walked in the door.
