Vine aquí porque tenía que probarme una corona después de una endodoncia. Después de volver varias veces, una vez después de la endodoncia para poner el poste de metal, y luego otra vez para probarme la corona. **ELLOS** LE RASPARON **EL EQUIPADO** **EL DIENTE EQUIVOCADO**. ¿CÓMO???? Y FUE USTED QUIEN SACÓ EL EMPASTE TEMPORAL DE MI DIENTE Y PUSO EL POSTE DE METAL. ¿CÓMO LOGRAN RASPAR EL DIENTE DE TRÁS???? Ahora no solo necesito una corona para el diente que sí tuvo la endodoncia, sino que el diente equivocado que raspaste está quedando **NEGRO**. Mi mamá me recomendó este lugar, pero **LES JURO** que **NUNCA** DEJARÉ QUE ESTA SEÑORA ME TOQUE LA BOCA OTRA VEZ.CAME HERE BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET FITTED FOR A CROWN AFTER A ROOT CANAL. After coming back several times, once after the root canal so they can put the metal post in, then again to get fitted for the crown. SHE SHAVED THE WRONG TOOTH DOWN. HOW???? AND YOU WERE THE ONE WHO TOOK THE TEMPORARY FILLING OUT OF MY TOOTH AND PUT A METAL POST. HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO SHAVE THE TOOTH BEHIND IT???? Now not only do I need a crown for the tooth that actually had the root canal but the wrong tooth that got shaved down is now turning BLACK. Each time she calls I explain to her I already had my cleaning and her daughter performed the service on me April 6th. I requested she validate before calling me that my information is under Sheila Flores (which is my married name) as oppose to my maiden name...thinking that could potentially be the reason she keeps calling. During my last call with Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother), I restated to her that I already had an appointment scheduled with her daughter October 12th at 8a.m. Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother) replies back that I'm making a big deal over nothing. I replied that I'm not making a big deal but when you call every 3 weeks or so telling me the same information it's questionable if my patient information on file is correct. Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother) proceeded with more snarking comment which I then stated I will just cancel my October 12th appointment since it's clear to me she had no regard to my previous discussions with her by phone. It's unfortunate it has come to this because I enjoyed having my dental service done with Dr. Gonzalez (the daughter). Following are the series of calls Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother) made to me. > April 6, 2025- I had cleaning service done by Dr. Gonzalez (the daughter) and made a follow-up appointment for October 12th. >April 19, 2025- I received a call from Dr. Gonzalez (the mother) stating I had not received a cleaning for sometime and adviced I schedule an appointment. I explained to Dr. Gonzales (the mother) I was just there on April 6th to get cleaning by her daugther. > April 22, 2025 - I received same call from Dr. Gonzalez (the mother) with same request and I respond edwith the same information and explained to her my next appointment is scheduled for October 12th. > May 8, 2025 - I received same call from Dr. Gonzalez (the mother) with same request and I respond edwith the same information and explained to her my next appointment is scheduled for October 12th. >May 31, 2025 - I received same call from Dr. Gonzalez (the mother) with same request and I respond edwith the same information and explained to her my next appointment is scheduled for October 12th. > July 15, 2025 - I received same call from Dr. Gonzalez (the mother) with same request and I responded with the same information and explained to her my next appointment is scheduled for October 12th. Again I requested for clarification on why she keeps calling me despite having already made an appointment for October 12th. She replies for me to not make such a big deal and hangs up the phone. It actually is a big deal when she keeps calling for the same information. It is a real shame Dr. Emma Gonzalez couldn't just own up to her mistake as oppose to flipping the script making me feel that I was in the wrong.
