Mi primera impresión de este lugar fue simplemente increíble. He estado en numerosas clínicas dentales en Skokie y, con diferencia, esta tiene al personal más amable y atento. I've been to numerous dental offices in Skokie and this by far has had the most friendliest and caring staff. The layout is very clean and up to date. Sergio at the front desk greets you and helps get you checked in. Gaby the DA took her time with getting my x-rays done and made the process quick and efficient. Oh, it gets better. Next, I get the opportunity to experience an oral exam from a Certified Hygienist. Yidnek did an incredible job with advising me of my oral issues and advising me on what the best treatment plan may be. Very knowledgeable on the specifics of my oral issues. So once that was done, then the wonderful Dr. Mena walks in and greets me with such a friendly and genuine smile. She was very eager in describing the process knowing that she would put my fears to rest. I felt very confident in knowing that I was in the best hands in Skokie, Illinois. Once everything was done, then the pricing begins. Kaitlyn Helbig, Operations Manager, super friendly and helpful as well. She guided me through payment options they had available and made it very simple and stress free. Very affordable for the quality that you receive here. I really just had the best experience of my life at the dentist. Im almost 50yo and yes, this was amazing. You have a patient for life, and I need a lot of work done. Starting with the "manager" Kaitlyn and then to the DA Belinda....moving on to the amazing dentist Dr Mena. I felt comfortable from the start to finish. My dental anxiety all but gone. I was hesitant to go to a chain/franchise, but now I've found my new dental office. Thank you so much for everything. Seriously just amazing. Wow!!!! God truly led me to you. 🙏🏼

Tuve un dolor de muelas horrible y el chico de la recepción me concertó cita para el día siguiente. Muy nerviosa, pero todos fueron tan amables. Gabby me hizo radiografías y fue muy delicada y amable. La doctora Rena fue increíble y su asistente también fue amable mientras me sacaba la muela. Gabby took x- rays and was gentle, and kind. Dr. Rena was awesome and her assistant while taking my tooth out was kind as well. Dr. Rena took me immiediately and skipped her lunch so I did not have to wait 2 hours. Caitlin the office manger was nice too and helpful with the pricing for everything that has to be done. The hygienist has wonderful hands—this was my first time having a deep cleaning, and I was treated with such delicacy and kindness, which truly put me at ease. Tatyana is a noble soul who patiently helped me through the insurance process, always with a beautiful smile. Samantha showed excellent dynamism and handled the logistics seamlessly so that patients are attended to as quickly as possible. Every staff member I encountered from front desk to dental assistant, and esp Dr Mena was caring, efficient, and knowledgeable.
