Northern Plains Endodontics

I was referred to Northern Plains for a root canal, I was nervous at first till I called their office. Very friendly staff, made me feel relaxed about needing to get the root canal done. Upfront about cost, which I appreciate, as dental work can be a pretty cost. Dr. Zach was awesome! 👏🏼😃 Took time to explain what was going on, and what needed to be done. I appreciate everyone from Northern Plains! What a great addition to Sioux Falls.

This office is giving full Scandi, modern, minimalist realness — clean lines, soft neutrals, and a calming energy that hits the moment you step in. Even the refreshment station and waiting area feel intentional and soothing. Dr. Zachary S. Goettsch was personable, friendly, and genuinely collaborative. We walked through every treatment and care option together before locking in a clear, strategic game plan for my root canal pretreatment. Great space, great bedside manner, great experience. I’ll return at the end of January for the next phase and will update my review then.

These visits are never exciting to go through, Dr Goettsche and his staff were truly a pleasure to work with. They set me at ease and made me comfortable. Thank you all so much!!!

Dr. Zack and his entire team are top notch! From the moment I walked in the door, my interactions were very professional and personable and that was the case throughout the entire process. Dr. Zack and his team explained everything and told me what to expect during and after the procedure. They made the entire experience painless. I would highly recommend Northern Plains Endodontics!

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD! First time getting a root canal, had a lot of nerves going in. Dr Zach was so friendly and gentle. Walked me through the whole treatment and helped me feel very relaxed! They gave me noise canceling headphones that helped with nerves as well. The receptionist and dental assistant (I'm not sure of her title but she assisted the Dr.) were also very friendly and welcoming! I'm very grateful for having such a positive experience, if I ever need similar treatment I'll definitely come back!

I got a root canal. I was so pleased with the entire experience. There was honestly no pain. They are so gentle and kind. As a 60+ year old person, dental medicine has changed so much for the better. I’d 100% recommend them.
