The entire process was seamless and easy. I did an exam and cleaning. Great communication and information prior to the appointment. Entire staff was helpful, friendly and professional. X-rays and images were performed professionally, and informatively while also being available immediately. Dr. Machi was friendly and patient while also educating and explaining everything in-depth. Andrea was great. Very patient, friendly and skilled. Every staff member was willing to answer all questions. Very clean, comfortable and hygienic environment. I had not been to the dentist in A LONG time and this visit put any concerns or previous fears of the dentist at ease. I highly recommend this team. Thank you guys!

Dr. Machi, Audrey, Meagan, Kiara, Jessica (might have butchered those spellings) and the nice redhead woman who also worked in the office whose name i didn't get were all helpful. Gentle, affordable, thorough, informative, patient, flexible and pleasant all describe this dental office. They answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, and Audrey and Meagan were great during my exam and cleaning. Great dentist experience.

There’s little annoyances here and there that I could go on about that are common in a lot of business, but I’ll go straight to the last log(too big to be a straw). My wife needed a tooth filled. She scheduled it for 10:00am. I know this for a fact because I saw the email confirmation for 10. We have an important appointment at noon, but it’ll work with a 10:00app. She confirms it and goes in at 10:00. She texts me at 10:33 that apparently her appointment was at 10:30. Not cool, but if they don’t drag their feet, it could work. They don’t take her back till 10:45. Numb her at 10:55 and don’t start filling her tooth till after 11:35 and probably would’ve been longer if she hadn’t waved down an employee and asked what was going on. At this point they asked her if she wanted to reschedule. Is that an appropriate time to ask a patient if they want to reschedule? After you’ve started numbing their mouth and wasted an hour and a half of their time. Other external factors played into her continuing the filling. Needless to say, she missed our 12:00 by 20 min. If you don’t mind having your appointment times moved without your consent or having your time treated like single ply toilet paper this is the place for you.

Great dental care everytime I visit!! Dr. Machi provides high quality work and my dental health is much improved since I started seeing him two years ago. Angie, his nurse, always does an outstanding job in all areas. Thank you!!! Gregory Reiter
