I’m terrified of the dentist and always had a good experience with Dr. Hendrick and the hygienists. However, the attitude of one person at the office ruined it all. I felt belittled for seeking treatment elsewhere and not waiting the 5 days until I could get an appointment at this office for a dental emergency. Dr. Hendrick is great, but won’t be back.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hendrick's for many years. I have an awful fear of dentist. I can truly say he the most caring and gentle dentist I've ever been to. The staff is always nice and polite. I don't understand the negative comments.

Dr Hendrick is the kindest and most patient dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working on me. He has a calm demeanor and is very gentle. I haven't experienced that level of care since I was a child (I am in my 50's). I acknowledged you in a private note, but I also wanted to acknowledge you publicly. Thank you. 💛 I had bridge work done yesterday because the one a previous dentist put in broke. My new one looks 100x more natural than the old one. I am definitely appreciative of that. However, I would be remiss if I didn't add that a little kindness will go a long way to the lady that did my bridge. I believe her name is Sandy, I could be wrong. If I am, I apologize. I had my first appointment with Dr. Joseph Hendrick. I was very impressed with his staff, from the receptionist to his dental hygienist. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the dental hygienist was very thorough. I really liked Dr. Hendrick.

Great dentist awful staff, they are rude and will call you a liar when they change how much they say you owe them. And when you challenge the bill they will accuse you of being rude a drop you as a patient. Love Dr Hendrick but his office staff is terrible

Such a great experience each time I visit. The entire staff is so friendly and and you feel very welcome. Ive seen a few dentists in my over 60 years and Dr. Hendrick has a great mix of professionalism, great advice and genuine care. The best office I've ever visited.

Great staff, great dentist. Our family has seen Dr. Hendrick for many years and he is the best! He helps to ease patient anxiety with his soft spoken voice. Staff is very knowledgeable. Before we landed here for our dental home, we visited several other "big box" dental offices in Shelby where we were not treated like an individual. We do not feel that way at this office. They go out of their way to make us feel at home from the time you walk into the office. Highly recommended!
