Hace poco fui a otra clínica dental en Seattle y quedé decepcionado con el servicio. Paramount Dental es la mejor de verdad. Para empezar, todo el personal fue súper amable, servicial y acogedor. Paramount Dental is the real deal. For starters, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. During the appointment, Shala did the lords work. She was incredibly thorough on every tooth while making sure I was comfortable throughout. My girlfriend was in shock when I got home. A 45 minute appointment with Shala was a complete transformation. The parking out front was easy and they have validation inside. The staff up front was able to easily find my insurance for me to make sure it was accepted. They even gave me a goody bag with a fancy coffee mug, tooth brush, hand sanitizer, high end floss, mints, lip balm etc. as I’d recommend this place to everyone. These guys are amazing, and they have truly changed my perception of what going to the dentist feels like! The team is super thorough and they have great, up-to-date equipment, so I always feel like my teeth are very well taken care of when I'm there. From the get-go, April and Shala make the booking, check-in and check-out processes super smooth. They have helped me book appointments over text, email, you name it. Sarah has been my hygienist most times, and she has truly been the best hygienist I've ever had. She's patient, careful to avoid hurting you, and has all the advice to give. She will give me recommendations based on my preferences to ensure taking care of my teeth feels easy, and she always remembers our conversations + progress we're making, even though I only see them twice a year! Lastly, Dr. Colin is always friendly, always cracking a joke, and genuinely ensures all my questions are answered so I never leave the office wondering on what the best next steps for my teeth are.
