Hoy tuve una experiencia maravillosa con la Dra. Kehui Wang y su asistente Sarah durante mi revisión y limpieza anual. Ambas fueron increíblemente amables, profesionales y atentas durante toda la visita. La Dra. I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and the paperwork process was smooth and easy. Afterwards, the lovely DA, Sarah, took me back. I usually get uncomfortable with x-rays and impressions, but she made me feel very comfortable, and everything was quick and easy! When I was seen by Dr. Mimi, she was very welcoming and warm, so I knew I was in great hands. She thoroughly examined my teeth, and Dr. Mimi was also able to remove old glue from my braces that hadn’t been removed previously. It was so nice that they were able to offer that service. Sarah did an exceptional job assisting and cleaning my teeth. I tried this place because my insurance got switched. My previous dentist The Smile Space is a great and professional place. I’m in for my 6 month check up; mind you I brush and floss religiously. My last appointment the dentist sites nothing major; maybe the slight cleaning. Flash forward; I try this place because of the insurance switch. Do my 6 month check up, after that a guy from the front counter WHO is Not A Dentist, comes in while I’m in the chair. Showing pictures "my teeth are rotting out" unless I get this cleaning and other procedures not covered by my insurance. $660 later on the second my mouth open getting worked on, the hygienist and the assistant going on about shopping, vacations, their week, and general making me feel like a paycheck for them. It was very unprofessional! The "Deep" cleaning was not that deep; than knocking a filling out I had put in between molars a year ago. Then they are recommending I come back every three month$$$$ after I talk to some specialist about a treatment of course not covered by my insurance that was 1,000’s of $$$.
