Dr kim is one of the sweetest amd most accommodating Deby and front desk is kind too Always had a very calm experience and they adjusted the material multiple times even though i was throwing up alot during the crown build up process With dr kim the entire process is peaceful Would really recommend dr kim for a person who might fear dentists. The front desk is not doing their job. They told me I’m late. But it turned out to be someone else. When they do x-rays, they cut my mouth while putting the device in my month. It took me months to recover from the wounds. Bad service and they overcharge on my insurance, delta dental. Be aware

I have been coming here for 3 years and have had good experiences with the doctor. Leaving 2 stars as I had a terrible experience with the dental assistant. She was rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. One of them struggled a lot to take my x-rays, I kept telling her it was painful and she kept moving slow. Patients are in a vulnerable space and this dental assitant did not help with making the environment comfortable.

Charley at the front desk is an outrageously accommodating and kind. Debi gets it done and finds a way to stay supportive. 10 out of ten

Had a great experience at Avenue Smiles - and like many, I don't like going to the dentist. Check-in is quick and efficient, and you don't wait more than a few minutes before being seen. Sarah at reception is very responsive and organized. Evan assisted with my fillings - he helped me feel relaxed and would constantly check in with me. Mel assisted with my cleaning - she is truly a gem! She was friendly, explained the process, and gave me a lot of insights into best dental hygiene practices. Dr. Kim was gentle, quick and very skilled - he was able to maneuver without me opening my mouth too much. Everyone was constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable. Appointments are scheduled for an hour, but took less. It was as seamless and comfortable as it possibly could be. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Kim and his hygienists are all very nice and knowledgeable. My mouth is a bit sensitive. But I’ve always had a great experience here, and they are very gentle. Sarah, the receptionist, is also very nice and prompt in replying and emergency rescheduling. This place is also LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️! Highly recommend! 😌
