Tuve una experiencia excelente con la Dra. Cara y su asistente Michelle. Ambas fueron muy amables y me hicieron sentir cómoda durante toda la visita. El ambiente de la clínica es excelente—muy limpio, moderno y bien organizado, con equipos avanzados que hicieron que todo el proceso se sintiera seguro y eficiente. La Dra. Cara fue delicada, profesional y muy detallista, y los resultados se ven increíbles. Michelle también fue muy atenta y solidaria, siempre pendiente de que estuviera bien. No suelo hacer muchas reseñas, pero sentí que esta la necesitaba hacer. La Dra. Cara es la mejor dentista que he tenido. Es muy cariñosa y explica todo con detalle, lo cual se agradece mucho. Dr. Cara is the best dentist I've ever been to. She's very caring and explains everything in detail. Which is greatly appreciated. I believe she really cares about her patients and that it's just not about the money which in today's day and age doesn't seem to happen enough. Went BACK To Dr. Hanas and just like when I first met her it was nothing but the BEST RESPECT. She told me everything I needed and once again as a black/Latino the care she treats me with is second to none. If you are in Pain, please dont go to these other places that kick you out or tell you they have to schedule you 4 weeks out. Absolutely amazing dentist. I am NOW her regular patient.

Fui a una limpieza básica, y aunque el servicio fue aceptable, el proceso de facturación no lo fue. Tardaron más de 8 meses en intentar procesarlo, y aún así, finalmente lo procesé y pagué. Me enviaron un estado de cuenta de seguimiento en el que decía que debía 197 dólares por una imagen panorámica (que le dije al técnico que no creía que mi compañía de seguros pagara). Insistieron en tomarla y dijeron "veamos qué pasa". Nunca me dijo el técnico que la Dra. Cara no haría la limpieza sin una imagen panorámica. Me habría ido. La compañía de seguros no pagó y ahora me están cobrando el saldo. Cuidado, amigos, obtengan todos los cargos por adelantado y pregunten a su compañía de seguros qué pagarán y qué no.I went in for a basic cleaning, and while the service was acceptable, the billing process was not. It took over 8 mos. for the staff to attempt to process, and even then, I finally got it processed and paid. I was sent a follow-up statement that I owed $197 for a panoramic image (that I told the tech I didn't think my Ins. Co. would pay). They insisted on taking and said let's see what happens. I was never told by the tech that Dr. Cara wouldn't do the cleaning without a panoramic image. I would have left. The Ins. Co. did not pay and now I'm being charged the balance.
