My family and I have been patients of Dr. Chen and Dr. Connie for years. They have always taken amazing care of us and continue to do so. Anna, the receptionist, is also friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever we have questions.

Have been their patient for over two years. I am very happy to be seen by Dr. Annie and Connie. They are both kind, gentle and professional. Previously my teeth had a lot of issues and I had a terrible experience with my first dentist in the BayArea. Luckily my friend recommended Dr. Chen’s clinic to me and I’ve been gently and kindly treated since then, and I’ve been able to put 100% of my trust in them. Now I’m feeling so good with my teeth. Have had the pleasure (yes a dental pleasure!) of being a patient of Steve Chen for a decade. From the moment you walk in, Anna welcomes you and makes all the office paperwork an ease. DR. Chen is comforting, funny and a master of his work. Connie and Annie continue to make this dentist office a reliable, safe practice I cant recommend enough. I plan my check ups while in town, from another state, that's the quality I can attest to.

Dr. Chen is not only the best dentist we've ever had, but is one of the kindest persons we've ever met. He is not only knowledgeable and an expert in his field, but always takes the time to explain everything before he performs any type of procedure, even if it's only a simple cleaning. We never encountered any other dentist that we were truly happy with when we moved to the Bay Area until we met Dr. Chen and now really look forward to our appointments just to get the chance to talk to him. Today was my first time visiting Dr.’s Chen practice. After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I was very nervous to see a new Dr. I am so glad I came across Dr.’s Chen practice. I have never, NEVER, said this about a dentist appointment but, IT WAS GREAT. Dr. Chen is an experienced dentist and it shows. Also, he has a great personality and beautiful energy! He made me feel safe. Thank you Doc!

Connie has been my dentist for a very long time. She is very thorough and patient in examining and cleaning the teeth. They are a small practice with friendly and knowledgeable front staff.

I can’t speak for the earlier unhappy reviewer, but it doesn’t make sense for a receptionist to hang up after making the call, so maybe there is more to the story... Anyway, small family businesses such as these are the foundation of this country. Hardworking professionals should be recognized for quality work. Steve Y Chen DDS is no exception. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a job well done.
