I’ve been coming to this dental office for about 5 years now, and I can honestly say they’ve been consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really nail customer service every single visit. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentist, everyone takes the time to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. They explain things clearly, don’t rush you, and genuinely seem to care about their patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you well and does great work, this is the place. Highly recommend.

First off - I am a walking dental emergency. Dr. Kato and his incredible team have helped me through so many issues with my teeth, including an emergency extraction at 20 weeks pregnant. Not only do they approach everything with professionalism and expertise, but they also bring genuine kindness and understanding to every interaction. I’m incredibly grateful, not just for their care, but for helping me overcome my fear of dentistry by showing me what truly compassionate and informed treatment looks like.

As a fellow dentist and local Sandy resident, I have depended upon Dr. Kato as MY personal dentist. He is honest, compassionate, and trusted in all the treatment and dental care he has provided for me and for members of my immediate family over the years. I am so grateful to have such a professional dentist to rely upon and trust in Sandy. I have had dental anxiety my entire life and was nervous when booking my first appointment but that didn't last long once I get there. They got me in the same day I inquired and everyone in the office was so friendly. Dr Kato is warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They don't take my dental insurance but allow payment plans to make it possible for people that pay out of pocket. I look forward to feeling confident with my smile after my treatment plan is complete.

I wish I had more wisdom teeth so I could go back and get them taken out again! Best dental experience I’ve had. Quick, and painless. Dr. Kato and his team are very kind and friendly.

Great dentist, very friendly and pain free. I needed a lot of work done and Dr Hansen did a fantastic job so far. Best experience with a dentist ever, I had issues with the other dentists working in the Sandy area. Dr Hansen explains what is needed and takes great care with his work. I would recommend him, If you are looking for a dentist in the Sandy Oregon area.

Dr. Hansen has always been a family friend and in recent years is now our family dentist. He has done a fantastic job and is very honest with us, which I greatly appreciate. He offers a variety of options and his staff is very friendly. He will be our dentist as long as he is still practicing.
