Comprehensive Sedation Dental

I have had two good experiences with this dental office so far. Going to the dentist is always a nerve racking experience in my opinion but by my second visit I felt comfortable. I really do appreciate the genuine care and concern the doctor and all the staff have for their patients. They check in on you after your appointment (later in the day) which I’ve never had done before. The office is nice clean comfortable and very impressive. I like how I’m offered a coconut water (my favorite) when I’m leaving! Overall I’d say I’ll continue to come back for future work on my teeth.

Amazing for my dental work but also my children. We had quite of bit to work to do and they explained options and costs in a way I could understand. They were great with scheduling and even when I needed to come because it didn’t feel right. My kids that had no problems loved the hygienist and everyone loved the comfort room!

They treat you with special care here, do everything to dispel all your fears, and ensure that you have only good impressions and satisfaction from the treatment! CSD made me and my kids feel like VIPs. They took such great care of us. Everyone asked throughout the visit if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. The dentist technique for numbing was the most painless I have ever experienced. He took the time to make sure everything felt right in the mouth before we were done. Overall a fantastic dental experience for the family!

By far the BEST dentist and staff!!!! Yulia at the front desk makes sure that you feel pampered from the time you get there until the time you leave! I have always put off going to the dentist as long as I possibly could, until now…. They have a menu with tons of different options for coffee, hot tea, soft drinks as well as juice. If you’re hungry before or after your visit, Yulia makes sure to give you a snack box. After the examination or treatment is done, they offer a warm cloth to clean up. When I leave, I seriously feel like I left a spa. Thank you Dr. Rickers and staff for always making sure that each office visit is 10/10.

Dr. Rickers has been amazing. He takes the time to explain how and why he is doing procedures and to make sure I’m ok. Huge fear of dentists although not with him. His staff is top notch. Nonjudgmental, professional and attentive. You will feel well cared and heard with Dr Rickers and his staff.
