I had a dental issue come up unexpectedly and they were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Elizabeth was so kind and easy to talk to, and she helped make me feel comfortable even though I was pretty stressed about being there. Dr. Heather was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were. I was very happy with the quality of care I received! I had a tooth emergency and they were able to fit me in quickly and they were so kind and fun throughout the process. Yeah, fun! I mean as fun as a dentist can be, of course. Every single person I interacted with was happy and treated me as a person and not just a patient, and Dr. Abbot was very thorough in his treatment and helping me understand what was needed. His assistant was also very thorough and helped me feel comfortable. I love the free laughing gas since I get nervous about the drilling. And the TVs on the wall and ceiling are a nice touch to help you stay distracted during the procedures. I can’t believe my problem was solved so quickly and pleasantly and I’m thankful they have financing available.
