Dr G and staff are first class. Dr Gilbert is an excellent dentist. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but he is exceptional at making my experience comfortable and pain-free. Have recommended Dr Gilbert to many work colleagues and neighbors. All around good guy, smart and funny, and well liked by his staff.

Dr Gilbert has a great sense of humor. More importantly, he's a painless dentist (and I say that after being numbed for a front tooth repair). I chipped my front tooth and he saw me the next day. His staff is warm and friendly, and their practice is computerized. And Dr Gilbert and his assistant are a riot! He explains what he's doing as he's doing it, and spent a lot of time with me. He's my dentist now! I felt like his only patient.

I moved to the ATL from MIA four years ago. Dr. Gilbert has been my dentist since my arrival in Atlanta. He and his team are knowledgeable, fun and scheduling is very efficient. I've never had to wait for my appointment. I have terrible teeth and have had a lot of dental work done over my many years. In fact, I have on six natural teeth remaining in my mouth. After years of "patch-work', it was time to "bite-the-bullet" (semi pun intended). At the encouragement of Dr. Gilbert, I decided that the best thing for me to do to ensure a proper bite, even color and beautiful smile, was to replace all of my teeth with crowns (except for the six natural ones). So, I began that process, which also included a few implants also. BOTTOM LINE: My new teeth are beautiful, my smile is gorgeous, my bite has improved. Dr. Gilbert, his assistant, Michelle and his lab, Adina are not just dental practitioners, they are truly artists!

Dr Gilbert and staff were amazing! I had the most severe pain you could imagine and even though not my regular dentist, Dr Gilbert worked me in to his schedule within 1 hour of my phone call! Have you ever heard of a painless root canal? Not only was my pain relieved instantly, the entire process was fast, painless and actually comical. The way he works in concert with his assistant had me laughing for an hour. Great Dentist, Great people. Try him once and you will be a patient for life!

I’ve been coming to see Darrel and Shari for years and actually look forward to going to the dentist more than anyone should! Despite being presented with British teeth they have always been warm, welcoming and most of all fun. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great family dentist in Sandy Springs.

Dr. Gilbert is Awesome. Explains things clearly! Having an incompetent staff really hurts the practice. Things were great at first. However, I was informed that there was no billing manager and everyone is equal. But, when I requested to speak with "Leslie" or whomever was in charge of billing. I was getting the run around and no call backs! Below the standards of this practice. No one being on the same page about the information I was receiving regarding my bill and everyone I spoke with telling me something different! Just not what I would expect from this practice.
