When I was getting my cleaning they even gave me a blanket and a neck wrap. What dentist office does that?! Literally leaving my old dentist and making this my permanent dentist home. Then they said I had a second appt they had booked me for the following week which was not even for cleaning. It was for exam only which is not what I called for and no one explained to me that this office only does exams with the doctor separately. What kind of "spa" cannot even make simple appointments. No customer service skills to make it even right or try to fix your errors I can’t imagine what you’re going to do with my teeth if you cannot make an appt correctly or have any effective communication. People have busy lives making childcare arrangements for you to just say sorry there’s no appointment for you. Why can’t you check your schedule on your platforms the day prior? Will not come back and future patients be warned. Wasted my time and so rude and incompetent staff. So easy to say no appointment when it’s not your time and money right? My first impression was that the office was beautiful and serene especially since there was a row of water fountains in the main waiting room. I was also impressed by the "menu" options they offer such as neck wraps, massage chair, and so much more! Everyone from the reception staff to the hygienist to Dr. Thomas herself were all so friendly, personable, and welcoming! I appreciated the transparency when it came to the different treatments offered and how the insurance billing works.
