She calmly talked me through the entire process, reassured me, and did a wonderful job. Llevé a mis dos hijos a esta consulta dental por primera vez hoy y tuve una experiencia realmente buena. The dentist and the entire staff were extremely professional, kind, and patient with my children. What stood out the most is that the dentist genuinely seemed to care about doing what’s best for the kids rather than recommending unnecessary treatments. She took the time to explain things clearly and was thoughtful about what actually needed to be done. She even went out of her way to check our insurance and see if something could be converted or covered so we wouldn’t have to pay more than necessary, which I really appreciated.
