The offices are conveniently located and modern with high end equipment. You can tell that no expense is spared when it comes to providing patients with the best experience. When I walked in I was greeted by Grace, who checked me in and also was super helpful with billing questions at the end. Dr. Helen is my usual dentist (and is fantastic, by the way), but this time I was seen by Dr. Mascolo and she was great at addressing an emergency with a crown I have. Acabo de convertirme recientemente en paciente de este grupo de dentistas. ¡La mejor decisión de mi vida! No puedo decir suficiente sobre lo ejemplar que es la Dra. Este grupo de dentistas también ha elegido asistentes dentales excepcionalmente buenos (especialmente las que he conocido: creo que hasta ahora han sido Angie y Jasmine), que están muy bien capacitadas en sus profesiones como ninguna otra que haya visto en otras clínicas dentales. Cada una de estas asistentes dentales son realmente la mano derecha de los dentistas. Están muy bien capacitadas y entrenadas en sus profesiones. Las líderes de la oficina frontal que mantienen este lugar funcionando sin problemas y en completo orden y control —Jade y Grace, con las que he interactuado hasta ahora— están en posiciones de poder al 100%, manteniendo gran compostura y actitudes agradables mientras atienden a cada paciente con cuidado y la máxima profesionalidad. I cannot say enough about how exemplary in skill, work ethics and integrity Dr. Mascolo is in her profession. She has passion and true love for her career which shows in how she treats her patients - with kindness, compassion and empathy. I value her as my dentist and am relieved that I found her. I will be referring my mother and husband to her; and my brother already is an existing patient. This dentist group has also chosen exceptionally great dental assistants (specially the ones I have encountered - I believe it has so far been Angie and Jasmine), who are very well skilled in their professions like no others I have experienced in any other dentist office. Each one of these dental assistants are truly the right hand to the dentists. They’re very well skilled and trained in their professions. The front office leaders who keep this office running smoothly and in complete order and control - Jade, and Grace are the ones I have interacted with so far - are 100% in power positions, keeping great composure and pleasant dispositions as they handle each of the patients with care and the utmost professionalism. They have all of the administrative needs (insurance, appointments) and details handled before you even get there for your appointment. They run a very smooth and seamless operation.
